I believe their total was around $1100. I liked that they were polite, professional and they showed up when they said they would and got the work done on time. I thought that the labor was reasonable and was what I expected to pay. Everything is holding up great. I would recommend them to other.

It did not go at all. Company never returned my call to get bids.

I am very, very happy with them. The crew has been here on time and they are very hard working. This is not an easy thing because this is a two story house and basically then entire first floor except for the master bedroom, which is about 1,600 sq. ft. had to be stripped of tile and carpet and all the furniture moved. They are very convenient. They are here and they work all day. I am very impressed with them. Their price was right in there with the other estimates and their quality so far is very good.

They were very professional. They were pleasant and charming people. They did what they said they were going to do. They were reasonably priced. They were remarkable. They did a wonderful job. I would use them in the future again.

We spent $5000 for the work. They were very good and I liked their service. It took longer than we had planned, but it was okay since they helped us move the furniture around. It was an empty house. The price was good. I was a bit concerned about the quality. I would use their services in the future too.

We worked with both brothers in the selection and bidding of the work described above. They were professional and courteous and always a pleasure. They clearly have a small business and are working hard to make a go of it, and my wife and I are always happy to help out if we can. The Anasai laborers work very hard, and with all of the tile work, were supervised by George. They were quick and generally careful. We had lots of radiused corners on the floor tile, and the cuts were accurate and beautiful. Sometimes the grouting was a little sloppy, especially in the corners where its a bit harder to get to and perhaps where they thought one wouldn't see a lapse of attention. Carpet laying was fast and professional - no problems. The ceramic tile in the showers was a solid "B" job. No glaring errors, but with tub and shower surrounds, little lapses show up much easer. Corners were just a bit uneven and asymmetrical. Nothing glaring or embarrassing - only a nit like me would probably notice. In a couple cases I asked them to come back and try again, which they did with no argument. The result was better, but I would still say the job deserves a "B".

Very good. There were a few minor scheduling issues, but overall I could count on them showing up when they said they would. The installer did excellent work and excellent cleanup.

Owners, Josiah and Jekiah, were great to deal with. Anasi built a custom master bathroom shower (with shelves & a bench too) and also tiled the floor. Josiah and Jekiah were always available to answer our questions and the workers were very kind, too. The bathroom looks fantastic.

The purchase at the Anazi store was smooth and Josiah and Jekia were very helpful and came out to the house to measure. The price was competitive and was right on at the end....no surprises. They also have a 2 year installation warranty. Our main concern were the installers. Although the workers were very nice they did have some faults. The initial installation was suppose to be completed in 1 week. However the 1 week dragged out into 2 weeks due to the subs taking long lunch breaks and leaving early a few days. The foreman was the English spokesman and the rest did not speak English. The foreman was knowledgable but his workers were not as professional. They installed some of the tiles wrong and had to go back and replace 20 or so tiles after they were set. We asked them to complete one area but they did not listen and did what they wanted to do. The whole install to 2 plus weeks after the foreman returned to fix the problems from his subordinates. They sales and concern from Anazi was great...the workers installing were not so great.

Excellent service insuring that the tile we got was exactly what we wanted right down to verifying differences between dye lots of the same tile. Once we made the final decision on the tile we wanted it was ordered, delivered, and installed within two weeks. Courteous, flawless installation at a very low price.

They did the work promptly and returned equally promptly when a small section had to be redone over a difficult portion of the floor. There were a couple of small issues over what I thought they were going to do and what they thought we had agreed to, so make sure you are all communicating and everyone understands everyone else. One Saturday we went by their showroom and had to wait half an hour past opening time for anyone to appear, however, overall, it was a positive experience.

Josiah was punctual, dependable and clear about expectations and conditions. Not cheap, but the end result looks very good with obvious attention to detail. Pleasant to deal with and left things quite clean.

Although a small shop, Anasi Flooring has a terrific selection of tiles to choose from in their showroom. The installers completed the work in just over one day, and did a very beautiful and professional job. They hauled away all the old carpeting, as well as cleaning up very thoroughly afterwards.
