+ -1 moreVery well. Dennis came at the agreed upon time, and explained things. He also rechecked the joists and made sure things had not changed since the initial inspection. Very pleased with this knowledge and dedication to getting it done.
Description of Work: This company performed a termite inspection during escrow. Their report was VERY specific, which I liked and appreciated as the buyer. They were hired for the treatment, and I will be using them for the general pest control as well.

+ -1 moreDennis sprayed all over the property. I have used them for three years and have rarely seen any bugs. I had a few scorpions in my garage a year ago and Dennis sprayed extra along my garage entry. I have not seen any more scorpions since. He is professional and does a great job.
Description of Work: He did a monthly service inside and outside.

Description of Work: I have used AMA Exterminating for 7 years, since 2007, and am extremely happy with them and trust them to do a good job and to do it at a reasonable price. I have had them do termite inspections and a couple of sprayings to keep bugs out of the house. The $75 cost was for a spraying, and it depends on the size of the house. Having trust in a company means a lot to me, and that's why I have stayed with AMA for 7 years.

+ -1 moreI works because you never see a bug around here. I don't know if he's better than anybody else. They probably all spray the same stuff. You can set your watch by him. If he says he'll be here at eight o'clock Thursday morning, he's right here at the door.
Description of Work: AMA Exterminating Inc. comes out once every three months. Sprays inside and out. He sprays around the baseboards and outside around the plants and trees.

Description of Work: Termite infestation. Treated both inside and outside with Termidor. Opted for 5 year warranty with annual inspections. Worth the extra cost.
