 + 0 moreExcellent work. Done on time, at a fair price. Very responsive to all our questions, and very careful about ensuring a perfect match with colors. The office staff was very helpful, at all times, in getting the project scheduled.
Description of Work: Replaced the adobe tile roof on our house, with two layers of 40-pound paper. Also, installed new skylights and moved vent pipes.

 + -1 moreIt went great for my neighbor, but horrible for me. Possibly this is how they behave, but I would caution anyone trying to have them come for a quote be prepared to spend a long time waiting. They don't waste any time letting you know when to expect them.
Description of Work: Alpha had done or neighbors roof, lifted half the roof tiles and replaced the under layment. Neighbor was very pleased and recommended them so i added them to my bid list, they were rated 'A' with only 2 reviews, none by my neighbor? I called the phone number on Angies List (same as on their business card) three times only got an answer machine. They never called back. Finally on my 4th call I caught a real person, made an appointment. She gave me two days (Wed - Thru) the following week that they would come out and said they would call and confirm the specific day and time. Never called. I called Alpha again and got the same person who did not know which day but said she would call with a specific day. Never called. On monday morning I called again and got the same person, she still didn't know the specific day or time. I needed to make a doctor appointment so choose thursday, called Alpha again and told them I would not be home on thursday morning. She still had no idea of when Alpha would come out. I stayed home all day on wednesday, had a lot of things I needed to do but thought maybe they would come out, no call no roofer. When I got home from my doctor appointment thursday they had come, left a phone message?????

Description of Work: They resurfaced and repaired the roof for Monsoon season. No leaks after some pretty heavy downpours and the house is much cooler because of the reflectivity for the new white surface.

Description of Work: Repaired roof leaks at scuppers, repainted, repaired chimney flashing, replaced skylight.
