ALL YEAR LANDSCAPING

This company is horrendous. I signed up for annual lawn and garden services for my private residence with this company. They charged my credit card and never came, or called me to tell me they were not coming. I called them and they promised to come the next day, which they didn't, nor did they call me to tell me. When I finally called a third time to cancel my contract with them, not only did I not get an apology but they did not refund my credit card for over 2 weeks. And that was only after calling the manager, who was extremely rude and hung up on me. I told him I was considering contacting the Better Business Bureau, and he told me I was "threatening" him. To add insult to injury, he then sent me an inflammatory email again without an apology defending his actions. I am an emergency physician who deals with people's emotional responses to difficult situations daily, and I can tell you that his response was at best not professional and at least commensurate to an immature toddler's response to a finger cut.
