David has exceptional people skills and within minutes of our first meeting he nailed our front yard plans incorporating what we wanted with some really great suggestions that really pushed it over the top. He knows his stuff and his design reflected his knowledge of the terrain we were working with and what the plants would need as they matured. We were striving for a low maintenance yard that would not require a lot of watering, in a style reflective of our natural surroundings. We have a challenging front yard on a slope that required care to build a retention wall to keep our soil from running downhill while allowing for proper drainage and the creation of suitable planting areas that took advantage of the design. David was quickly able to creatively devise a front yard that optimized its unique qualities in such a way that will allow our plants to thrive for years to come. He’s able to group plants in a style which truly enhances their appearance while meeting their irrigation needs with minimal additional watering. A real advantage in Tucson. David was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the project. His foreman, Gilbert, was very professional and I can’t say enough about the rest of the team. Professional, meticulous, on time, courteous and always willing to work with us in an effort to inconvenience us as little as possible throughout the process. It was a real pleasure for us. The results were far beyond our expectations. In fact, David and his landscaping staff were so exceptional that we did not hesitate to request that they come back and do our backyard in the near future. We’re looking forward to it!

It took a few times to get it right. They came out and did whatever they were supposed to do. When they left, there was a specific tree I asked them to take out. They left it and they left a lot of things around. It took them several weeks and several messages for them to call me back. The price was fine.

Dave and team were fantastic. Dave really listened to my ideas, and delivered a backyard renovation that was better than I had imagined. We love it!!

Every step of the way, from bid process, measurements taken and confirmed, scheduling set-up and then to the actual performance of the work, the crews were so professional. The work itself has very, very good and the clean-up was 120%. There were a lot of materials brought in to the yard, coming past another garden and pool area and at all times they protected our property and were very thoughtful.

Very tidy and co-operative. They made a big difference in the areas they worked on! The yard looks so much better now.

THEY WERE GREAT!!!! My front and back yards looked so wonderful when they were finished sprucing them up that I took my house off the market and moved back in! I will definitely use them for monthly maintenance and extended services in the New Year.

They did a great job but we had some scheduling.

While the company did show up to do an estimate, they never got back to me with a price. I called them twice, and was told I would get an email or a call. After three weeks of waiting, I got neither. Does not appear to be a serious business, and has serious reliability problems.

Everything was perfect. When the crew finished a little before allotted time they asked what else they could do in the yard. I was very impressed by their professionalism and yet, their friendliness

Dave, the owner, came out to do the estimate and was very easy to work with. He had some great suggestions and correctly estimated the price and time it would take to complete the project. The crew showed up on time every day and was very professional. Due to the low elevation of my property relative to the rest of the neighborhood, the crew had a challenging task in fixing my drainage problem. Chris, the operations manager, was on site most of the time and during all critical periods to make sure the work was done correctly. He personally surveyed and made sure the grade was correct on the swales. Gil, the foreman, was also great to work with and always wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. Multiple times he added detail elements to the job that I didn't expect, which added greatly to the overall appearance. Gil, Chris and Dave very quickly addressed any concerns I had along the way. The crew also identified and fixed some irrigation problems I didn't know I had. At the end of the job, they power washed the driveway and made sure everything was clean. All Terrain is the fourth landscape company I've worked with here in Tucson, and the only one I would hire again. They did an awesome job.

Ver uneven. Several of the workers were thorough and cleaned everything out(weeds)while protecting the cactus,The garden was almost divided into thirds. The two thirds, with one or two crews were excellent - removing only weeds and dead material and leaving their part of the front looking very nice, I appreciated that they respected the cactus, some very rare. The third part was a disaster. We have these vicious weeds that have also most carrot like root systems that spread like crazy. The fellow told me they were not weeds, but flowers. NO - definately weeds and he should have know that. I did. As did the rest of the crew on the other parts of the garden. So may, may weeks were lefty to flourish. Dead, smooshed cactus were not removed and the entire night bloomin crereus, which spreads through this third was basically ignored. Dead limbs left.

Owner David Ormsby runs a professional, customer-focused landscape company and his crews (landscapers, masons, mechanical/irrigation) represent that same professionalism and customer focus. I'd originally contracted with one of David's managers and everything seemed like it was on-track. Unfortunately, the original project manager left the company and I was concerned about a smooth transition, largely because the landscape effort had yet to begin as we waited on a pool company to complete their work. David stepped up, contacting me directly, and together we formulated a timetable and refined landscape plan that not only worked around the pool company's stops and starts, but successfully overcame some problematic issues caused by the pool company. I was particularly impressed with David's landscape crew leader, Gil. Gil's team arrived on-time each day and aggressively tackled the myriad tasks of site prep, grating, shaping, planting, and irrigating. Their effort culminated with distribution of a large amount of landscape rock. Along the way, we were able to confer and rework some small aspects of the design as the reality on the ground was sometimes different than what we'd imagined or visualized. The masonry crew was equally skilled and professional. Their work on our BBQ island, fire pit, and block wall extension exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, David's communication with us was consistent and his responsiveness to our questions and requests was gracious, helpful, and ultimately customer service oriented. My comparison of landscape contractor's found two similar companies, but the services offered and the overall project price quoted made All-Terrain Landscape Creations my choice. Not only would I endorse All-Terrain Landscape Creations, but I'm committed to establishing a longer-term relationship for seasonal maintenance and some changes to my front yard in the near future.

We continue to use All Terrain for monthly landscape maintenance. We are very satisfied with their service.

Very cooperative and friendly duo. Responded to my request. They were, however, more than 2 hours late. A weed eater was used to mow my little patch grass and in the process a rock was thrown into a window cracking it. The company was quick to respond and replaced the window.

The guys showed up on time and got everything done in the time amount that we paid for. The yard looked great.

Chris and Angel showed up exactly on time and got the job done precisely as we wanted.. We are also planning to use All Terrain for routine landscape maintenance.

I was most impressed by this company from the beginning (estimate) through completion of the job. All personnel were highly professional and assured that I was satisfied with the results. Driveway had become bare and eroded, is now back to its original state. Work was performed promptly and punctually by a competent and hard-working crew. "Customer service" was excellent. I would certainly use them again for landscaping projects.

Worst work I have seen. I will not use them ever again. I used them twice before and got barely adequate work each time. They left many weeds still in the area and didn't even clean the area that they were working on. It was like they had the attitude of "good enough" !

They were on time, professional, and did good work; however, when they arrived, even though we had scheduled to have the front and backyard done and the manager told us that we could purchase more hours if needed to complete the job, we were informed that they only had time to do the front yard. This put us in a bad position because we were having a party that weekend and did not have time to reschedule or hire new landscapers. They did a nice job with the front yard (they didn't spray like they said they would though), but we ended up having to spend the next two days on our lunch hours and after work weeding our backyard and spraying the front and backyards before our party that weekend. We were disappointed that when the manager scheduled us, she didn't appropriately allocate enough time for our services and encouraged us to buy a smaller package and add hours as needed, instead of buying a large enough package for our job, especially since we gave her the size of our lot. We were pretty disappointed at how that turned out, and being inappropriately scheduled makes us not want to hire them again, but we might give them another try if they can actually guarantee to schedule us correctly.

Totally satisfied with the qualify of the work and the professionalism.

On time, did an excellent job. Would hire again without hesitation.

I like them then and I like them now. They did a good job I didn't see them goofing off they always doing individual jobs and they were doing it they were actually working.
