Came on time, completed work as discussed and hauled debris away. They recommended add-on for pre-emergence and treated front yard gravel area. Positive work ethic. Good value. Recommend evaluation of the whole project: I wish I'd purchased more hours, so that they could clean-up side up and apply pre-emergence there and around trees in the backyard.

The yard that they installed in the first place is wonderful. We're extremely pleased with it. Now that the minor touch-up work is done, we're satisfied.

Ok, I was a little disappointed in the lack of communication, it took some time to get the work scheduled. I also requested an estimate for landscaping, provided pictures and the maintenance supervisor took pictures and measurements. I never received a quote.

I scheduled an apppointment to meet with the compnay to point out what I wanted done. No one showed so I called the company and they had the wrong date listed. I met with a crew supervisor a couple days later and pointed out what I wanted done. I provided an order of priority to get work done for the amount of time I purchased. The work was unable to be done in the allotted time and I asked for a call if this would happen, but it did not. I paid an additional $200 for the company to come back out and finish what I wanted done. If they couldn't complete the work I asked for them to call me. Well, the work I wanted done was not completed and again no call. The quality of work they did was very good, but communications was poor. If I were to use this company again I would want to be home and conduct period checks on their progress.

We contracted through them. We had a pretty good idea what we wanted done, and they helped us with some great suggestions. They did the work well, and on time. Things went sideways when we requested follow-up service. The contract leaves one year for minor cleanup work. About 10 months in, we requested some very minor follow-up work. We were given a date and time that the work would be done. That date and time slipped by and we didn't hear back. We called back and received an apology, and were told it would be done "soon". A few weeks went by and we called back and got an apology, and were given a date for the follow up work, which also came and went with no action. This has happened at least five times now. The issues are not fixed, despite the fact that they should be an hour of work or less. I've spent more time on the phone trying to get them to come out than the time it would take to perform the repairs. It's difficult to grade this, because everything was great, and deserved an A or B, until it came time for these follow-up repairs. Then, everything became a D or an F. Because of that, I can't justify giving more than a D grade, even though our initial contract was really good.

It went great, they did an excellent job in cleaning the yard, pulling weeds, and trimming trees. My rental property looked brand new again, after the brupt abandonment of my then tenant

I'm very pleased with the work that was done. When I originally called All Terrain, I spoke to Tami who is absolutely awesome! She explained the process to me and how many workers there would be that day and the length of time. Travis was the lead and he was great. Very knowledgeable and worked with me answering some questions I had and some suggestions I made. I am meeting with the owner Dave this week to get an estimate on some additional work. I will definitely call them for future landscaping needs.

The guys were great! I even have several hours remaining that I can apply towards my next service.

Did what was expected and did it well.

It was great at first. They scheduled it quickly but when the day came for them to come a gentlemen left me a message apologizing that he had church and the person who scheduled it messed up because they were booked out 3-4 months. Needless to say I wasn't pleased with the service.

They did a great job, very happy with the work done. Will definitely use All Terrain again.

Went very well. On time no damage. Took multiple days to close. It is maintainable again. Set up monthly contract to help us keep it this way.

Travis & Isaac were extremely polite and helpful. They showed up on time both days and worked diligently the whole time they were here. They walked through the area with me to make sure they had a clear understanding of what we wanted done. They did more than expected in clean up, manicuring trees, etc. They even cleaned up the entry way which wasn't expected!

They were very responsive at first but later did not follow thru.

At their request, an on-site visit was scheduled three different times in one week. First time, Jack called to cancel 15 minutes prior because he "had a cold." Understandable, if he was sick. He rescheduled for a couple days later. Next time, he called 5-10 minutes after the appointment time for another reason. I asked him if he had forgotten about the appointment. His response was "Oh yeah, sorry about that." We re-scheduled for this morning at 7. This time, he never showed and he never called. Three strikes and he's out. All three times I missed work to meet with him.

The work went very well. James understood what I needed to have done, and he and his crew did a fantastic job! They were very professional. I could not be happier with the results.

My yard was suffering from serious neglect, weeds every where and Palo Verde trees that were looking more like tall bushes. All Terrain Landscaping had a deal on Angie's for 15 hours of work that, considering previous reviews, sounded good. Johnny and his crew accomplished much more, with much better quality that I ever expected in that time frame. Now the weeds are gone, the trees actually look like trees and my yard is no longer have a blight on the neighborhood.
