Description of Work: Showed up on time. Very courteous lead man. Had to ask them to re-cut numerous sections of the grass; did not roll up hoses;they were in a big hurry to leave and left 1/2 hour early.

Description of Work: They cleared weeds from my front and back yards. They trimmed bushes and did general clean up. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done and hauled all the debris away! I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I knew the first time I spoke with Tom, one of the owners, that conceptually, he understood my plan for the backyard. They hauled in dirt and boulders to mimic the mountains in the background, took my existing plants and placed them among the boulders and dirt mounds, put in new gravel, a new drip system, new lighting and created a gorgeous, natural setting that is harmonious with Pusch Ridge. I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Repaired drip system in our backyard. Instead of dripping on schedule, the system was running all the time. All Terrain's serviceman replaced the timing regulator, which fixed the problem. I thought the service was excellent, but the cost seemed a bit high.

Description of Work: Although the advertisement said landscaping, the gentleman who show up didn't seem interested in doing my small jobs ( Trim 3 trees back and clean up an alley way. He said " I will contact someone who does this sort of work and give him your email". Nothing has ever happened. I will look for a company who does follow up to ensure their processes actually help the client. |

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate for replacing an old irrigation system. Their representative seemed very interested and knowledgeable when he came over and looked at everything, took photos etc. When we didn't hear from the company after a week, I called and was told that my call would be mentioned to the right person. Again I didn't hear from anybody for a week, called again and was told they were starting to work on it. It took another week before I got a very detailed estimate. By that time I had lost interest in that company and gotten two other estimates, one higher and one lower. I took the lower one, Ed Brown Landscape Maintenance. So far I think they did a good job.

Description of Work: Yard maintenance: trimmed bushes, pulled weeds, cleaned walkways and patios. It went very well, crew very professional, knowledgeable. There have been two visits so far--they will come once a month from now on.
