Emailed them. Took them forever to get back to me. When they finally did, I emailed them the information they were requesting right back. Never heard from them again.

It was outstanding in every way, extremely easy to work with. Responded to all our little requests and finished right on time, a very large job. We have hired him for another job. The owner was the most approachable of all contracters I have ever dealt with.

We couldn't be more happy with our new yard. It looks like it should be in a magazine! After getting 3 estimates, Dave was our most comfortable contractor. He quickly displayed his knowledge and vision for our yard. After drafting the design and making a few changes from our inputs, he provided a large blueprint to our yard with pictures of each plant and tree he was planning on planting. The installation process went great! They were on time each morning and cleaned up before leaving. Tom, Kelley, Fabian and the whole crew were terrific through the whole process taking inputs and answering questions. They also made a point to educate us on the use of the lighting and irrigation controls as well as plant care. They were very honest and treated us and our checking account with respect. I would not hesitate for a second to have them come back out for additional projects in the future.

The original work was very nice, the planted to our spec. The day after the finish the gophers killed two plants and the replace the plants. In June we discovered that some of the plants were not doing very well when we ask what we could be done, the answer was to wait for the monsoon. Now 5 months later we lost 25% of the plant the recommended.

Dave Ormsby is an awesome landscaping professional. Everything Dave promised he delivered. Our back yard was empty, except for our pool. Dave took an empty yard and turned it into an oasis. We are thrilled with the results. All of his staff were both professional and respected our property. I will definitely do business with All Terrain in the future!

First a CAD layout was created for us to review and critique. It's very detailed and shows not only the placement of landscaping features like pavers, fountains, hills and streams, but also the placement of all plants using their scientific and commonly used names. We made a few changes which were readily accepted. The job started and ended on time and on budget! We would review progress daily and offer suggestions and changes. These discussions were always positive and the crew always met our requests cheerfully and offered suggestions of their own. Every person on our crew had pride in his work and had a can do attitude with regard to taking care of our needs. The result is a beautiful front yard which exceeds our original expectations. People litterally stop their cars and comment on how great it looks. All Terrain Landscape Creations had landscaped our back yard a couple of years ago and we are pleased with how well it has held up. They were our natural choice to do our front yard and we couldn't be happier!

David met with us to determine wants and needs and added suggestions. Offered suggestions to keep the price reasonable. He has a good eye for design.Drew plan and had photos of suggested plants. Carried out plan in estimated timelin. Easy to work with. This company also proivdes maintenance services.

First impression was good. David came to our residence and scoped out the job. Said he would have a quote to us within one week. After two weeks went by we had not heard from him. We called his office two weeks in a row at which time his receptionist guaranteed that she would talk to him and get back to us. We even said that if you people did not want the job, just tell us. Bottom line, we never heard back from anyone!

All Terrain showed up when they said they would, and completed the work as agreed. When issues arose on site, they worked with us to explore options and find the best solution without raising a fuss. Their crews were professional and kept the work site clean. I would recommend All Terrain, and would use them again.

I have to say first that Allterrain is very organized and got right back to me when I called for an estimate. I like it that there is a person to answer the phone when I call during business hours. I contacted several landscapers, left a message several times, but never got a call back to even get an estimate. I like that Allterrain can send quotes, contracts, etc. that can be reviewed and signed online or printed and mailed in. I printed out the detailed contract to do the work, signed it, and mailed it in with a check. The contract was very detailed so I knew exactly what each part would cost. I had requested landscape fabric but he suggested using an herbicide and pre-emergent and I went with that option as I discovered that other landscapers did not like the landscaping fabric as well, It does not hold up. The work went as scheduled with a crew and equipment arriving on the scheduled day. The crew was professional, hard working and friendly. They removed the rock that was there and leveled the back yard on the first day. On the second day they treated the yards and brought in the rock. The next day the owner came by to do a walk through to make sure I was happy with the work. I am very happy with the work. The yards look great and with their heavy equipment they did what would have taken me several years working by hand to accomplish. Well worth the cost. The price of the work was close to other estimates.

Dave Ormsby and his team were professional, and explained the job thoroughly and executed it. They were timely and under budget. Troy, the site supervisor, was very helpful. The work quality was excellent.

Preped embankment in front of house and placed rip rap to control erosion. Work was professional, workers were courteous and co-operative. Work was started on time and completed without delays. At completion, crew cleaned up and restored the work area. After inspection requested a return to make some adjustments.Full crew returned and made requested adjustments without hesitation.

They started when they said they would. They were here early every day. The crew was very polite and very professional. They finished on time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Worked quickly. They showed a lot of respect for my property. The Saguaro is thriving in its new location.

The technician arrived and replaced all 5 valves in my irrigation boxes. It took approximately 3 and a half hours.

The experience has been great. They came out very promptly when I initially contacted them about replacing a tree in our front yard that had to be removed. They planted that tree after removing the stump of the previous one. They also applied new gravel to the front yard. We have hired them to do our monthly yard maintenance and are very happy. The come twice a month which is much preferable to the typically once a month service. Finally, we recently had a problem with our irrigation system and a technician came out within a day. Their responsiveness by phone and or e-mail is great. They also take credit cards and do automatic billing which make life a lot easier.

Our property experienced devastating flood damage when a large culvert on our property got blocked with silt and debris during a monsoon event. Water started backing up, flowing over our driveway and down into the ravine, causing severe erosion and landsliding on the hillslope that our house sits on. We almost lost the corner of our patio and could have lost our driveway as well. We spoke to a number of contractors, but ultimately went with AllTerrain Landscape Creations because of Dave Ormsby's professionalism, knowledge, and openness to brainstorming solutions for the damage. Dave's crew did an excellent job of removing a substantial amount of soil that had been deposited at the mouth of the pipe, and of shoring up the area around the culvert. They rip-rapped the ravine, created a functioning basin which will catch excess water and send it into the culvert during future rain events. AllTerrain also did an exceptional job regrading and backfilling the slope with a dry concrete mix and unscreened fill so that it wouldn't erode during the next flood. They left the slope looking natural, with a layer of soil on the top horizontal surface so they we'd have the option of planting vegetation. Finally, the crew worked on repairing and extending our patio - relaying bricks with such precision and care, that I was amazed by how much effort they put into the job. My husband & I definitely plan to use them for all our future landscaping needs.
