Jim arrived right on time to do my quarterly service. He cleaned the cartridges in my Hayward filter, all the baskets including the skimmer, and made sure the water was balanced. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me better understand how to keep my salt water, self cleaning pebble tech pool in the best condition possible. He made recommendations on products I should use and explained why they were needed, and told me All Pools could provide them or I could purchase them at a pool store or online, whichever I preferred. He cleaned up and left everything in good order. I will continue to use this company because not only do they do a fabulous job at a good price, it's the first time I've felt like I was fully informed, given honest advice, and was treated with respect. I found All Pools when I was having problems with my salt-cell. Previous pool repair companies always recommended replacing the circuit board or salt cell and it cost me over $1500 in one year alone ... but not All Pools. THEY knew EXACTLY what was going on and what to do to get it working immediately, made the simple and inexpensive repairs, and made sure all was good to go before they left. They saved me hundreds of dollars! That honesty is most appreciated and I trust All Pools to help me keep my pool in good shape in the years to come. They are also very highly recommended by Hayward, who manufactured my pool filter, etc., (They're top-rated Platinum Service) and are able to do warranty work. They sure do know pool equipment and understood my updated solar heater at a single glance. Such a relief to find someone who's honest and does a great job! I highly recommend All Pools!
