Description of Work: They showed up with a full crew on the agreed upon day and worked tirelessly until the oldroof was removed. They then repaired 7 water damaged areas, built up and installed a dozen "crickets: (they help keep the rain from ponding on the roof and move it to the drains), added ALS over the patio to keep the roof smoother, had both air conditioning units removed to the ground (and replaced after the work), and installed a 3 ply built up roof with hot asphalt. |They showed up every day on time with a crew appropriate for the days work and finished the job a day ahead of schedule. The work site was cleaned up every evening and thoroughly cleaned up at the completion of the job. |Their price was was several thousand dollars less than the other proposals and their work was excellent with NO surprises. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I have used All Dry Roofing several times on two homes we own. They have always been professional and quick to respond. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond as far as service. They have corrected work done by other roofers and the corrections were top notch and corrected the problems. They are the only roofers I will call when I need repairs or new roofing on my homes.

Description of Work: I've used All Dry roofing on two of my rental homes. Rob, the owner, came and did the estimate himself and his price was fair and his work was flawless. He was available for questions and called me after the work was done to make sure I was happy with the work. I'm glad I don't have to have a new roof every year, but when I do again, I will definitely use All Dry.

Description of Work: Our heating and cooling company complained bitterly at the lack of coordination with them on the installation. They never got advance notice of anything, nor any description of what was expected, which was, they say, unusual. As a consequence, the bill for removal and replacement of conduits on the roof was very expensive (other companies included this in their estimates). All Dry Roofing did not come back or call after the duct work was completed to seal the roof around the registers. As a consequence, I got severe water damage on the ceiling of one bedroom. I had to have the heating and cooling company come and do the sealing although they said it was part of the roofing job and they came on a Sunday. It took many months to put on the white coating, and then one day, without notice, men showed up. Perhaps this kind of waiting is customary, but we should have been advised. Hundreds of dollars of yard work was necessary to pick up after All dry Roofing crew. We expected there to be some waste materials, but we had various kinds of matter scattered everywhere. I am still picking up tiny pieces of removed roofing, nails and the like.

A very professional young lady answered the phone (at a couple of other roofers, I called & I had to leave a message and never got a call back). When I told her what I wanted done, she said the company didn't do that kind of work, but they could refer me to someone who did that work and did it well. So on their recommendation I called Jack Hewett who did a great job. I appreciated getting a person to answer the phone and appreciated getting additional information which resulted in getting my job done.

Description of Work: I HIRED ALL DRY ROOFING TO RE-ROOF MY HOME. THEY TOTALLY STRIPPED OFF ALL OF THE OLD SHINGLES AND TAR PAPER. THEY PUT ALL NEW TAR PAPER AND SHINGLES DOWN. THEY ALSO PUT NEW TRIM AROUND MY HOUSE AND PUT CAPS ON ALL OF THE PIPES THAT WERE STICKING OUT.
