+ -1 moreKevin, the owner and operator of All Artic Air, is one of those people that’s restores your faith in humanity. Our AC stopped working the other night right before we were about to go to bed. I gave him a call and left a voicemail, thinking he would get back to me in the morning. But he called me back immediately and came over to get our house back to a comfortable temperature. He told me, “sometimes we just do things out of the goodness of our hearts.” He installed our AC unit four years ago and throughout the whole process, him and his team worked very hard to get it done quickly. By the time he was done, between all our little conversations, he felt more like a family member than just our AC guy. Thank you for caring, Kevin! You’re the best!

+ -1 moreKevin showed up on time with two other assistants and installed my brand new Goodman system in about 8 hours. It took a little longer than expected, but he did a quality job. He made sure that I was happy with the install and the system operation before he left. Other companies try to sale certain brand name systems, warranties and service plans with over inflated prices. Kevin is an honest man, doing an honest day's work, for an honest price. Do not waste your time with the other big box or high end companies...GO WITH ALL ARTIC AIR!!! You will not regret it, and you will save yourself some money too!!!!
Description of Work: My 17-year old Carrier evaporator coils were leaking, not holding a refrigerant charge and needed replacing. I got three different quotes for repairing and/or installing a new evaporator and compressor or just replacing the entire system including the furnace. By far, Kevin Ryan, owner of All Artic Air of Tucson, AZ gave my the best quote for the replacement of the entire system that was at least 2 times better than the nearest competitor. He was able to schedule the work within 4 days of my request.
