It all went very well. We have never had any problems. If we want something extra done, all we have to do is ask. They clean any appliances that are out, toaster oven, microwave, etc. Cabinets are cleaned and polished. We are very happy with Alex's Cleaning Service.

They responded promptly and were able to come out the next day. They do their deep cleaning jobs at the end of the normal work day. They arrived on time and were friendly, polite and hard working! They found lots of things we missed when we cleared out the house, including spare change that I assume was between sofa cushions! I think they did a great job on the workshop, which had been neglected over the years. The products they used smelled nice. We were very happy with the job they did and would use them again. They are a locally owned company and they take pride in their detailed work!

I have never had any issues with the work they have done for us. Plus we like knowing who is going to be in our house and with Alex's cleaning service we have almost always had the same two employees. When they are not available we have always been told in advance that someone new is going to be coming over. This is so much better then other companies that we have used and never know who your going to get.

Fernando and his team did a great job cleaning a very large home that was covered with plaster dust prior to move-in. They got all the big things done, like washing all of the floors and cleaning shelves and counters, but their attention to detail, and professionalism, truly sets them apart. They don't need a lot of direction -- other than discussing overall requirements - they know exactly what needs to be done and the best way to do it. I was really happy with the outcome, and would recommend them highly.

It went pretty well. The team worked hard but we felt that didn't get the full concept of post-construction clean up to prepare it for move-in. By that we need them to remove overspray, paint where it shouldn't be, hard-to-reach places, glue off of granite, cleaning garage and house cabinets inside and out from overspray, tile grout off of paint and baseboards and closets. It smelled and looked cleaned. Upon further inspection, we had to finish the job ourselves. Windows look good when they finished. There was so much dirt and film on them, we weren't sure we would see them clean. I think they would be a great team for general house-cleaning.

Alex's crew is very friendly. They are right on time. They clean everything. Moving furniture and rugs to get all the floors clean. The shower doors and mirrors are all left shining. The kitchen is also left shining. Trash is emptied and everything is done right. I would highly recommend them.

Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job! They are fast but thorough and take pride in their work. I was very impressed with their cleaning that I referred my daughter to his cleaning service and she was so excited with what they did! In her kitchen there is a ledge above the cupboards where she has decorations and they cleaned and dusted up there too. They also pulled out her stove and cleaned both sides as well as the inside and left it spotless. My daughter is very particular and she was quite impressed. I also referred Fernando to my friend who is very fussy and outspoken if she doesn't like something. But she couldn't stop raving about Alex's Cleaning Service! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them - they are excellent!

I have them come out about once a month. I have a lot of nick nacks and they dust them all.

They've been cleaning for me for nearly two years at this point. I've never had any complaints they do a good job.

We recently moved to the area and moved in to a house that was clearly not professionally cleaned before we moved in. Alex and his team took great care of us by cleaning the house as if we were moving in/out and found a way to work around our belongings. The dusted in areas that had clearly not been dusted in years. They were so thorough that they moved the stove and refrigerator and found a bill from the previous tenants that was from 2010! They were on time and professional and it was clear that they were not wasting time to run up the bill. As soon as they got to the house they got right to work. The house looks brand new and I am glad to not be living in someone else's filth any more!

Alex' people arrived on time, brought their own supplies, and obligingly worked around the myriad other tradespeople at the home that day. They asked questions, when applicable, but mostly got to work and got it done. They did an excellent job. They are coming back this Friday, and every month hereafter, not only because they do good work, but because they are genuinely nice people.

It went well. Fernando and Esther always seem to have a great attitude. They are even able to put up with my kids and the clutter that follows them.

hAlex's performs every service we ask for. They have been cleaning our house bi-weekly for the past 3 months. They have been able to work around our schedule, not an easy task, and have been quick to respond to our changing times. The cleaning they do is fantastic and he brings enough staff to complete the job quickly and to our standards. The price is fantastic and we look forward to more of their excellent care.

I had a very dirty bathroom shower stall. The floors and walls were originally white they had turned brown from use. Alexs Cleaning Service cleaned the shower stall until it was spic and span shining. Now I can see the stall is white from top to sides to bottom floor. They cleaned the bathroom counters and toilets. They removed rust from around the faucets in the areas they cleaned. They cleaned the kitchen oven including hood, burners and inside. They cleaned my microwave oven. they also cleaned 4 tall sliding glass doors. They vaccum all weather carpet on the front porch of my home.

Fernando and Esther are supurb. They are punctual, friendly, professional, personable and conscientious. There attention to detail is remarkable and at every visit, went above and beyond what was expected. Often they suggested areas that I didn't notice needed attention. Furniture and appliances were moved with care and replaced exactly as they were. Valuables were treated as such. They are flexible in their scheduling to work around my schedule and did so without issue or apparent problem. I like it especially that Fernando is a US military veteran and is proud of that. They easily share snippets of info about their family and quickly establish a friend relationship while maintaining a professional cleaning service. They are just super.

They did a great job. Everything sparkled. They were on time. When they were done the house looked like just moved in. They moved and cleaned everything including all kitchen appliances. They even cleaned the outside entry way. I was very pleased with the job they did and will surely will use them again.

Fernando was extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule. Being a military member who just PCSed into the area, he was more than understanding with my schedule changes, and I couldn't be more happy with the way the cleaning went.

First contact was by phone, and Fernando was very gracious, explained their process, and is obviously proud of his work. They arrived promptly on time, went right to work, and were done with this large and dirty house in less time than I expected. Very friendly staff, and very professional work. They went out of their way to make everything shine! I would recommend them highly, and would use their service again! Thank you!

Alex's is fantastic! They just made their second visit to my house; the first was for a full deep-cleaning, and we have decided to have them out monthly. They are prompt, pleasant, and very professional. We love that they are a local, family-owned business. The house looks better than it ever has since we bought it (wow, you should see how clean they got my oven!). Fernando is a super-nice guy with a great sense of humor, but he also knows his stuff. We had never used a cleaning service before, but now I don't think I could live without them!

They do excellent work for us. They are very through. We have been very pleased with their service.

Overall, from my initial call to services done was awesome. Great customer service!
