Contractor failed to show up for two consecutive appointments, with no call or excuse. When I called after the second no-show, they attempted to schedule a third appointment, but by that time I was pursuing bids from other contractors. Update: I read the contractor's response and checked my T-Mobile bills...but sure didn't see any evidence of the calls that are cited. Seems to me if I customer calls about installing 5 evaporative coolers, most contractors would see their way to keeping their appointments or calling to re-schedule!

Wow... How do I respond? Of course I hate to miss out on a job! A potential customer calls in and wants a FREE estimate to replace some evap. coolers on his apt. building. This potential customer requires that I go after normal business hours between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., also the potential customer must be present at time of inspection. O.K., no problem. I got an address and a cell phone number to call him when I'm on the way. Then I can verify that the potential customer is there and I won't waste a trip. Next day, I call at 5:30 and 5:45. Both times I have to leave a message on his voice mail. No return call received. The following day, I call again at 5:30 p.m. to go over. No answer, so I leave another message. No return call received. Perhaps this potential customer had something come up and was unable to answer or return my call. I don't know. I never heard back from him. Mike Siewerth

THEY DID A GOOD QUALITY JOB AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS OUTSTANDING. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THEY NEVER SEEMED TO BE ON TIME AND LEFT THE JOB EARLY AS WELL.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM INSTALL THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN THE HOUSE.
