Affordable Southwest Yard & Tree Service

Description of Work: The service made an appointment for Friday morning very early. I go up early and prepared to meet them. Nobody ever showed up. I called after waiting an hour or so and was told that "the truck broke down and they were waiting for another one". I was also told I would be contacted later with information about when they would be here. I waited another two hours and called AGAIN. I was told they could not come. I asked why NOBODY contacted me about this, as I was told they would, and I had just wasted two hours waiting for a call. No decent answer on that score, but I was told they would come the next morning (Saturday) around 7. They showed up at 6 something and did the job, but it was VERY early for the loud things they were doing with yard maintenance machines. The man who was supposed to clear off all "suckers" on the backyard trees did not do so completely. Most were done, but my husband and I ended up doing the rest, as we just told them it looked fine and they could leave. We simply wanted them out by that time. The final yard waste "Cleanup" done in the front (we are on a cul-de-sac) was pretty bad and I noticed the neighbors directly across from us sweeping up remnants of our yard waste the following morning.

Description of Work: Rich and his crew were fantastic. He came out withinhours of our call on a Sunday for a quote and was back Monday to start the work. He cleaned up our entire yard, trimmed trees and hauled all the clippings away. He was extremely courteous and we will definately be using him again in the future.
