This is the second project I've had them do. They do great work and do it quickly. I really appreciate how they provide time cards and receipts. Adam kept us up to date on what was happening.

We had a really good experience working with Adam and his team. The process of getting a quote was good; one person was dedicated to doing the layout and quote, and he was a pleasure to work with. They started the project when they said they would, and the work was completed within a few days of the expected time frame. They were willing to help us consider ways of saving money on the project, including helping us know very transparently what the prices were for different materials choices. They also let us do some work ourselves to save money. As a result, even though we made some â splurgesâ on a nice backsplash and countertops, we were still pretty close to the original budget and timeline. The workers were friendly and trustworthy, and did good quality work. Adam himself had some really great ideas about design choices, and you should definitely trust him if you are trying to decide on certain features and he has a suggestion. He steered us away from some choices we would have regretted. Overall, we did a pretty significant kitchen remodel (including layout changes) and I couldnâ t be happier with how it turned out. I definitely recommend working with this team.

You cannot go wrong with this contractor! He is professional, has a talented crew and does excellent work. They are reliable, at work on time, clean up their workspace and come in within budget I used Adam and company to refresh and upgrade multiple rooms, including two bathrooms and a kitchen. They look great! He was quick to answer my questions, gave good recommendations and suggestions that I am very happy with. Much of the work had to be done while I was out of town and Adam kept up regular communication which helped resolve unexpected issues and still met my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Adam and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and customer focused. When doing a remodel project there are unknowns as you peel away the layers, Adam and his crew guided us through these surprises and sometime unsettling issues with common sense and practical decisions. We started this project just before the COVID19 virus, and it was not known what effect it would have on our project.There were some delays due to the COVID19 virus but Adam guided us through with proper notification and rescheduling of manufacturing and delivery dates due to virus issues. When my husband and I bought our home in March we did so knowing that it would need work, but we knew there was potential to transform it to a small-feeling and dated space. After searching for a contractor we found Adam Crippen Custom Home Works. We were nervous about investing so much money in a company that we found on the internet, but the people recommended to us by trusted friends and family didn't work out. So, we thought we'd give Adam and his team a try. And we're so glad we did ! Adam and his crew took our vision for our house and not only made it a beautiful reality, but made our house a home. When faced with a challenge because of how our home was built, he and his team problem solved a way around the issue. They were communicative, mindful of our budget, and reliable. When we weren't sure which way to turn in a decision, Adam lent us his expertise and was right every time. We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Adam's company did in our home and could not recommend Adam Crippen Custom Home Works enough. I'm already starting to plan and save to bring Adam back to do our bathrooms and guest house/game room!

As a newcomer to Tucson finding a general contractor without getting any personal referrals was daunting, I went with my gut instinct and engaged Adam Crippen custom homes after interviewing at least seven contractors. Not only was the workmanship, attention to detail and timeliness exactly what a homeowner hopes for but his creativity and flexibility made the experience fun! Iâ m so proud of the work we did together and would recommend him to anyone who is doing a small or a large scale renovation. His own staff along with outside contractors including plumbing, HVAC and electrical were fantastic to work with! I found everyone to be professional, ethical and fairly priced! I will continue to use Adam on any and all future projects!

The project we hired Adam's company for was a kitchen renovation and extensive flooring throughout the main part of my house. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the results. Every member of his team was hard working and professional. Adam was extremely responsive to any concerns along the way and he was very meticulous in trying to work within our budget. I will reach out to Adam in the future for other projects we have planned.

Adam and team were easy to work with. They made a bathroom remodel easy, almost painless. They have great experience and great taste. I soon turned over to them many of the design decisions because it became clear that they could design a better bathroom than I could. So I used their recommendations. They did high quality work. They left the house clean and orderly. Adam is easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

Adam and his crew did a fantastic job on my total bathroom remodel. They were there when they said they would be, cleaned up every single day, were careful with our things, and worked all day long. We had a time of no work while waiting for the custom vanity to come in, but once it arrived they were quick to get everything going again. We had no problems with communication at all, either calling or texting to make sure I knew what they were doing or making sure they had my preferences right. During the work, they would stop to make sure they knew what I wanted. Even when we went a little over budget, Adam sat down with me and we fully understood what was entailed. The fact he gave me an itemized estimate (eight pages) and pretty much stuck to it was great. In fact, he came in under what I had calculated with my additional options. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth the money in courtesy, efficiency, and quality.

I had a wall reconstructed, great room tiled, and miscellaneous jobs. All were done professionally and on schedule. The crews are professional and courteous. Adam closely monitors progress and ensures customer expectations are met.
