ACTION TINTING

Just bought a brand new vehichle and needed the windows tinted, especially living in Arizona. Owner appeared nice and responsive over the phone and website appeared very professional. Took the vehicle in, "waiting area" a complete dump, stuffy hot and uncomfortable. Had 4 doors, back window and strip on windshield tinted. Owner took off the rear view mirror to install the windshield strip and then could not get rear view mirror back on the windshield afterwards! Had to take car to a dealer, wait there, had them reinstall it and then take the vehicle BACK to Action to have them redo the windshield strip. Was promised bubbles on back window and doors would go away within days. A week later there were still bubbles AND also the passenger's side back window, window tint did not go all the way to the edge of the window! When you look out the window you can see daylight/right through the side, it looks horrible. I have now called and left TWO messages about the problem and that we need it fixed. Still waiting for a call back even though he returned our call within minutes when we first wanted to bring the car in. Funny how he was available to take our money but is not willing to stand behind his work. Extremely disappointed, will never use again and do NOT recommend taking your car there. I will have to take an hour off of work to just go and show up at the business to try to get it fixed although the place is run down and not open unless there's an appointment.

I HAD TO REALLY TRUST THE GUYS FROM ACTION TINTING WHEN I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE. THEY ASSURED ME THAT I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AND THEY WERE RIGHT. ALL THE GUYS THERE WERE VERY NICE AND INTERESTED IN THEIR WORK.
