+ -1 moreManny was great! He was clear in the before work estimate and the actual cost was very close to the estimate. I expected there might be some difference, since he was installing a dishwasher and garbage disposal where there had previously been none. Manny was doing the final install of the appliances, after the carpenter and electrician had done their work. He accomplished both tasks quickly and professionally. I will use him again if a need arises.
Description of Work: Installed under-counter dishwasher and garbage disposal, where none had previously been.

Description of Work: Manny has repaired anything from a microwave to large appliances for homes I manage. I have been using the company for about 2 years. He has always been able to get the appliances up and running again. If it is going to be too costly to fix or replace the appliance he will tell me up front. Manny and his assistant are very professional and reliable. They are great at following through and easy to schedule.

+ -1 moreManny was very knowledgable and professional. He was very honest about what was required and he didn't try to sell me goods or services that I did not need. I will call them again should I need appliance repairs and would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
Description of Work: I was concerned about my refrigerator running too much. It turned out that it only needed the coils cleaned. Manny arrived at my house at the agreed upon time and quickly cleaned the refrigerator. He also took the time to explain to me how the appliance should operate and a few things he felt I should be aware of.
