Description of Work: I called for my (almost) annual service check-up on my older A/C unit; they have maintained it in excellent condition for 10-12 years; they service the unit, provide any needed product, change the filter, clean the coils. I can always get an appointment within a few days of calling; once they came the same day I had a small problem. I am extremely happy with their service and their price and will continue to use them.
