Ace Carpet Cleaning

Company was very professional and service tech was on time and friendly. However, he said the carpets would be wet approx 4-5 hours. When the kids went to bed 10 hours later they were still wet! Also, now the carpets have a "crunchy" feel to them. Not sure if it's because they got so wet or the chemicals used, but not a good result.

I've used this company more than once and have been pleased with cost, professionalism, and quality of work. They are also nice people and I feel comfortable having them in my home.

The service went okay. We used them before we moved. They didn't show attention to all that we talked about prior to them coming so that was a little disappointing. They were a little late as well. Over all it wasn't bad just not what I expected.

Everything went great. He was timely, got the job done and the floors looked very clean. The price was better than carpet cleaners we have used in the past.

The service went on pretty well. They just did a good job and the carpets looked great when they were done. Their customer service was good. They were polite, but I think they talked too much. I would rather they have just worked the whole time instead of stopping to talk. They were nice and trust worthy guys, which was over the top.

From start to finish, their service was great. Jim was very responsive taking my initial call and had Anthony out for a free written estimate within hours. The written estimate gave us flexibility to decide what to include/exclude - I did not feel pressured into expensive add-ons in any way. Anthony performed the service 2 days later. His attention to detail was meticulous, he really took care to do a great job. We are very happy with the work, the price and the service. I would recommend Ace to anyone.

They did a great job. We have pets so they put a pets' resistance and odor resistance on our rug.

Ace came and did a great job. We had our carpet and rugs cleaned, as well as getting our tile and grout cleaned. Everything was so clean and looked brand-new! They were very professional, and answered our numerous questions patiently.
