Accura Systems of Tucson, Inc. Based in Tucson since 1995, located at Grant and Wilmot. Our expert consultants will provide a free in-home estimate for an alarm system installation or "takeover" other alarms. We provide 24 emergency for our customers, and guard response for alarm activations. ( Based on monitoring agreement).

This company is fantastic. They really understand customer service and they do outstanding work. Everyone at the company seems to really care about doing a professional job and they are extremely good about responding right away when things go wrong (important for a security company). When we first moved to Tucson, Jenn came out and educated us about our security system. She was extremely diligent about getting things set up to make sure the parts and pieces were functioning properly. I have dealt with Jenn on numerous other occasions and always found her to be exceedingly pleasant and professional. The repair staff is also very knowledgeable and courteous. Finally, if and when you have a security situation (we had a "false alarm" literally), the company is excellent at responding immediately and talking you through the situation. I feel 100% confident in terms of security for my home, thanks to this great company. Highly recommended. They are among the best in the business.

Was told service person would be here by certain time, was called by office to let me know he would be a little late. He came as specified.He was very professional and friendly and installed the unit . He answered my questions and concerns. I would definitely us this company again.

There was a minor thing that was missed, but overall, I'm pretty happy so far. I think their pricing is pretty competitive and that Greg and their installers are very knowledgable and professional.
Description of Work: Accura Systems installed a complete alarm system and complete central vac in my newly build custom home which is approximately 4400 square feet. Greg Scott was my sales representative.

Very well, friendly and clear explanations, written hints, suggestions, funny stories.
Description of Work: Very complicated audio visual system in our new home needed extensive explanations. They came and showed us in great detail without patronizing us exactly how to do everything we needed to do, and they didn't try to sell us anything else.

IF SOMEONE WOULD BREAK INTO OUR HOUSE, THEY WOULD CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. THIS MAKES ME FEEL SAFE AND SECURE KNOWING THAT MY HOUSE IS BEING MONITORED 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
