Awful! The service technician was rude & confrontational. I sent him away, and called the office to discuss it with them, and to have them send out a different technician. Turns out that the guy I had problems with is one of the owners! He said that there was no one else to send out, and that he would bill me for his visit! NOTE: I had never had any problems with any of the previous technicians, but this guy was their boss. So I found another provider on Angie's and I'm thoroughly satisfied with them. BTW, they did not bill me for his time after all.

It was great, they coordinated with my roofers. They explained why they had to do what they did.

The early service people were terrific, but since they've changed names they are awful. One of the owners is patently rude and argumentative. Switched to B&J Refrigeration whom I found on Angie's, and excuse the pun but what a breath of fresh air!!!!

No problems. They coordinated with the tenant for access. This company also installed both a heat pump and evaporative cooler (I specified I wanted both systems) at my home/office in 2009, and have done maintenance for me numerous times in the past. In business for many years, they designed the original HVAC at my home back in 1987. Owner is an engineer and extremely knowledgeable and honest. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. Though not the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

Provider thought we had a water leak as that was on work order. Wanted exhaust pipe for furnace at roof line checked for proper double wall pipe and safe space around pipe prior to having NEW roof installed.

We have used this company multiple times for our own home and our rentals. They have always been punctual, cooperative, responsive in an emergency, and fair- priced.

They know their stuff. They were not only able to integrate it to our system so that we could still have the cooler. They were able to tell us a few things about the system since we bought the house used we didn't even know about so that was pretty cool. They're not the cheapest but they definitely know what they were doing. They put the heat pump in about 3 years ago and that was expensive. They have an engineer who works for them so they have somebody who can analyze more complicated systems. He actually can understand the system better than most. When we had a problem they came over the same day so that was good. They are really close because I can see them from my house. They came when they said they would.

They are honest.

They were very good. It took one day to install. They are very knowledgeable. He found gas leaking through my furnace. He is a very trustworthy worker. They bring out the furnace that will fit into the area. They do alot of mobile home work. Their pricing are very reasonable. They also do work on water heaters and A/C.

WE HAVE THEM COME IN 2 TIMES A YEAR, AND THEY DO WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE TO OUR AIR CONDITIONER. I CALL, AND THEY ARE USUALLY THERE THE SAME DAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE. THEY NEVER DO REPAIRS UNLESS IT IS NEEDED.
