The service was scheduled within 2 days of calling. The owner came out and inspected and gave an estimate. I even inquired about extras which he said were unnecessary. I appreciate when a provider goes out of the way not to sell anything extra. Anyway the door worked much smoother and even quieter

They were very friendly and they did a great job. I thought it was very affordable. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Able Garage Door Service was fantastic. My old residential garage door needed replacement because of an accident. Tim was a straight shooter and offered a superior quality product at the lowest price compared to his competitors. I really appreciated his honest, no pressure sales approach. Tim arrived on time, finished early, and even disposed of my old garage door. My existing garage door opener was properly adjusted as a part of the installation. This was truly end-to-end service. Awoke and garage door would not open. Checked out Angie's List and chose to call Able Garage Door Service. They said they were able to be there in the afternoon - in fact Tim correctly diagnosed the problem based on what I told them on the phone! I saw his name on angies list, so I called. He set up a time to be here on Saturday. He called before he came saying that he would be coming early. He got here looked at the door and said the panels are not longer made, but that he could fix it, which he did. I really appreciate him not trying to sell me a new door, but rather taking the low cost route of fixing my existing door. He is a very straight forward competent worker.

I called Able Garage Door Service because I had found them on Angie's List and their reputation seemed flawless. I called them for an estimate to door tune-up and door inspection. They quoted me a price of $60.00. I could have got it cheaper through other businesses but the key selling point to me was the many positive reviews in Angie's list. The positive feedback over price was the selling point for me. The technician (Tim) arrived on time as scheduled. He verified the work that I wanted and began the job. He gave me pointers as he was working so I could do most of it myself the next time. He told me what to watch for in the future that could cause a problem.

Tim was prompt, friendly, and worked hard. It's obvious by my experience and the extremely positive review history on Angie's List that this company can be relied upon for your garage needs at a respectable price. My review is short. What more can I say? He's good!

Tim showed up right on time and was prepared to get started right away. He was done in 30 minutes and it works GREAT! Not only did he complete the repair but he serviced the door as well. After he was done he graciously offered to service the garage for the other door and did not charge me. This guy is good.

Tim was right on time (maybe a bit early), looked it over and went right to work. In addition to the work requested, he lubricated the door and made a couple of adjustments. His initial quote was for approx $220, but finshed with a charge of $175. Removed all the debris and left the area clean.

The estimate and job were completed in less than 1/2 hour. Tim was very professional and pleasant.

The service tech called about arriving early, made a fair and accurate assessment and estimate of the cost. He suggested replacing both springs rather than just one, I already knew this was an accurate recommendation and followed his advise. He performed the repair quickly and checked the overall condition of the door. He checked the overall adjustment of the door and showed me how to get it open manually if a single spring failed. Great tech, service and reasonable price. The Able Garage Door Sticker is now on my garage door.

The chain had flipped off the track and I had found a broken gear on the garage floor. I called the Friday of Memorial Day weekend - his calendar was full for the weekend, but he came out on Memorial Day morning! He had the parts and fixed the opener in less than 45 minutes. Great service.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job that Tim performed on our door. I would not hesitate to use Able Garage Door Services in the future. I only wish that we had more reliable and honest people like that. Thank you for a job well done.

The service was fast, accurate, and professional. My original call was for purchasing and installing a garage door opener. Between the time of the call and the companies arrival, I'd located a garage door opener that had been in my garage since 1995 (apparently). It was unopened. When the tech arrived I asked if he could install this existing opener instead. This could have been a problem (I realize) but the tech didn't blink. Indicated he could do it and adjusted the price accordingly. I'm extremely happy with the provided service.

Tim was awesome. I had messed up the door after coming home from work ~6 pm I called and left a message with him and by 6:20 or so he called back and said he could be there first thing the next morning 7am. We had wanted the first call of the day and he accommodated us so we could both get to work on time. Well he showed as he stated at 7 am and was done by 7:40 am. And only charged $65! Just awesome! On top of all of that the garage door is softer than before, bonus!

I got them from Angie’s List. They were responsive and they came out the next day. I would use them again in the future.
