The painted the exterior of our home and our back wall. They came on time and were quick. The staff was courteous. The owner came back after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied.

They were punctual, worked swiftly and efficiently, and cleaned up daily after their work. All windows and doors were taped and tarped with paper. Areas where the two colors met were carefully taped. Supplies were stored safely out of the way,

I obtained several estimates. The Abeyta representative thoroughly inspected the house exterior and noted all of the areas requiring attention. Within a couple days I received a complete description of the work to be performed and a cost quote. When the time came to begin the work the painters were on time, and completed the project on time. They were very professional, they had me review the work at appropriate points in the process, and went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with the job. The completed work looks great. I am very satisfied with all aspects of this project.

The whole experience was a nightmare. I contracted the work to be done in June. Excuse after excuse dragged the job well into September when I had the owner Garret Abeyta inspect the work. He agreed it was a poor job three months after the work was supposed to be finished.

Overall work was good; they painted over a couple of bad patch areas inside that should have been redone.

Garrett did the estimate quickly and professionally. He detailed what, how and why they do the job. He made recommendations, listened and answered my questions fully. Later that day I received a written proposal via email. I had received an estimate from another company as well. I chose Abeyta because of recommendations on Angie's List as well as how precise Garrett was with his estimate and details. Plus he was able to do the entire project including sealing metal gates, pool deck and varnishing my custom doors exactly as I wanted. Two men came a bit late on day one but I was called and notified of the delay early. They arrived promptly at 5:30am every day after. A third man helped some days. Another man did all the on-site project management. He made sure of colors, paint delivery and that each day I was happy with the progress. These guys were prompt, professional, friendly and did exceptional work. They had me look at each step of the project before proceeding. They even played with my busy dogs for a minute or two. My house looks great. They didn't spill a drop of paint on my patio or walkways. All the gravel was replaced as promised. The work was completed on time with minimal interference in my activities. Abeyta knows their business. They have a well-thought out procedure for everything. I would definitely hire them again!

I solicited three bids for this painting project. Although Abeyta was the highest bidder, I contracted with them for the following reasons. I wanted a high quality job and they bid two coats of paint versus one coat from the other contractors. They also convinced me to go with a "flat" paint finish versus a semi-gloss from one of the other contractors. The work that they did perform was good. However, I was not satisfied with the fact that they did not perform any crack or hole sealing in either the old existing patio wood or the new patio wood. During the job, I inquired why they were not filling the old drill and nail holes and cracks in the wood. Their answer was that the chaulked area would be noticeable through the paint finish. When I went to review the estimates and contract, I found that Abeyta did not estimate or include in the contract any hold or crack sealing. I checked the other two estimates that I received and found that both had quoted crack and hold caulk sealing. I admit that this is my error in not noticing that Abeyta did not quote this sealing work. However, in my long experience with painting projects, the preparation of the surfaces to be painted was always as important, or even more so, than the actual painting. I made the assumption that a reputable company would perform this work as part of the basic job. After they completed the job, I bought some caulk and spent a whole day filling cracks and holes. I then spent several hours to repaint the areas that I had caulked. Given the fact that they did not perform this sealing work, their price was extremely high for the work performed.

Exceeded our expectations. There was very little interference with our day to day life, except when our concurrence or inspection was needed. Each step in the process was explained to us, and samples of our three color choices were painted on our house so we could see the colors as they would appear on the stucco. Scraping, caulking, and taping was thorough, and after painting, cleanup was total. The job was ended with a walk-around with the foreman where minor items were marked and repaired, for example, uncaulked holes and recent woodpecker damage. Minor uneven coating of the patio paint was remedied immediately. The house looks marvelous; there's a reason almost everyone in our development uses them.

Professionalism framed our experience with Abeyta from start to finish. Garrett arrived on time for an appointment to give us an estimate, and he even drove us around the area showing us some of his work. On the scheduled day, his employees arrived on time, set to work immediately, and were extremely non-intrusive. Jesus and Luis are professional and considerate. The completed job is lovely, better than we anticipated. We highly recommend Abeyta and will use them again.

Abeyta performed on time and with skilled workers. Masking of windows etc. was excellent the crew was well trained and detail oriented. They were very responsive to any requests. I recommend them as a high quality contractor

The crew did an impressive job - precise lines between walls and ceilings, very neat, clean work, overall. I requested a specific no/low VOC paint, which they used. I'm very pleased with the result. They finished on time, and I moved in two days later.

Showed up on time to give estimate, professional and pleasant. Started job on time, were flexible with our request for date change, finished job on time. Outstanding quality. We were out of town during painting, so they did a walkthrough when we returned, touched up little ditzels that needed it. Would recommend them highly and will use them again.

They did a *spectacular* job. When they found that the wood window trim was so rotted that they couldn't patch it as planned, they replaced the bad wood and fixed the window. The painters were all friendly, on-time, and professional, and the paint job looks beautiful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I called them to give an estimate . They showed up early which I appreciated. After the estimate we scheduled a time to start the job. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in two weeks. I appreciated the fact that thye came back when we saw a few items that neeeded to be corrected.

Quality work. One glitch: a painter broke a light fixture and it took several phone calls to the company to finally get reimbursed to replace the light.

They are prompt, thorough, extremely professional and do high quality work. My house looks great now!!!

Excellent. Garret was on top of the project, it was done extremely quickly over the holidays and the work was exceptional. He went above and beyond and was constantly in communication with me and my husband.

Excellent service from start to finish. Plenty of sample colors on walls to help us make an exact color choice. During painting we were able to communicate by email and phone as they were painting an empty house we'd move into. Impeccable work everywhere, no drips, kept air conditioner off and removed and replaced all hardware neatly. Good follow-through, repainted a door and some ceilings when we saw they needed a color change. Garret is a smart, quick, open and personable guy, and Jason and the rest of his crew are superb workers.

Superbly executed job overall. Garrett provided a detailed description of the work to be done and the materials to be used. Crews arrived punctually each morning, and were courteous and super-cooperative. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent attention to detail. Performance well exceeded my expectations.
