 + -1 moreI had a hard time getting someone on the phone initially and even emailed a few time with no response. When I did get a hold of someone and was told 1 time to head in they could do it then to then get there and told to come back another day. To then have the wrong windows tinted. I was to upset so I left and called that day and was told it would be taken care of. I messaged to see when was a good time and came in to be told they couldnt help me or fix it without me paying an additional $40. I said that's not taking care of it and that should have been said prior to me wasting more money in gas to not have this done. I probably spent close to $40 in gas for all my trips to the shop. I even had referred my mom to go there and now she will be asking for a refund to not have services done there.

 + -1 moreI arrived about 45minutes early, but they took my car right away. My wife and went to BoBo's restaurant and had lunch which took about 45 minutes, apron returning we found the installation completed. The tinting was perfect.

 + 0 moreI purchased a basic window tinting package via Groupon and, following the instructions, made an appointment. On my first visit, the supervisor informed me that I would have to reschedule due to a lack of staff that day. I agreed and then proceeded to add to my order for the following week with additional films, etc. When I returned for my next appointment, my expanded order was confirmed and I was told that it would take four hours. Not knowing any better, I nodded and headed to the coffee shop. When I returned three hours and 45 minutes later, my car had not even been started and I was told it was next. Then one of the guys told me a car like mine would take about an hour. Again, the excuse was that they were understaffed. I congratulated them on their marketing but will never even try to use them again.
Description of Work: Ultimately I left after two appointments with no window tint or any other beneficial service.

This company has an agent at Octopus Car Wash on Valencia to offer their services. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
Description of Work: The first service tech came out to replace my car windshield, but did not have all the parts to perform the job. It was two weeks before the second tech came out and actually replaced the windshield. Whenever I drove highway speeds, there was a buzzing sound from the windshield. Another tech was dispatched to correct the seal on the windshield, but the problem persisted. I called to inform the company of the continuing problem and was told a new windshield would be ordered for me. I called back after not hearing from them for two weeks and no one seemed to know anything at all about a new windshield being ordered. I then got a crack in my windshield, and even though there was a lifetime warranty on the windshield, the company refused to replace it without submitting a new claim to the insurance company. I was not out of pocket for the first windshield, but would have to pay a deductable for a second windshield. After spending weeks dealing with this company with no satisfactory resolution, I now understand why they are not authorized by my insurance company as a certified service provider.
