+ -1 moreExtremely rude, completly missed the estimate. Did not tell me about extra charges until they showed up to pack. Poor communication, broke ons of stuff, claim process was difficult and made me feel like I was the one who was to blame. Guy who came out was creepy and rude and made me feel very unsafe. Will never use them again. Driver on other end was nice and professional but was not part of AAA pro moving.

+ -1 moreI really appreciated the fact that nothing was broken during the move. Since the price was based on weight, we sold our old furniture and packed our own things but the price was still high. The final bill came in just over $200 more than the estimate.
Description of Work: We packed up and boxed our own belongings but four of their workers put everything in their truck and moved us from Washington to Phoenix which was about 1500 miles.

+ -1 moreThey did a really good job with the move. The items that were damaged were not important at all so I didn't really mind. The most important larger items were very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for anybody that needs to hire movers.
Description of Work: They moved me out of my house. They transported my belongings 15 miles inside Tucson. I also had some stuff sent to Maine with them. They packed partially but didn't unpack. Some small items were damaged in the move.

+ -1 moreI WASN'T VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR HAULING. WHILE THEY WERE CARRYING MY TABLE, THEY DROPPED IT AND BROKE IT. OTHER THAN THAT I THOUGHT THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY HELPED ME MOVE FROM MY OLD HOME TO MY NEW HOME.
