 + -1 moreMy pool had like 10 years of Tucson hard water crud on the tiles. Noah took the time to explain the method he uses vs blasting with an abrasive for my type of tiles. He was professional, friendly and punctual. He also did a great job cleaning the tiles and sealed them to slow further crud buildup.

 + -1 moreBill called me back immediately upon my inquiry, and even sent videos of the process of cleaning. He was able to schedule us on a very short schedule, and showed up exactly when promised. He also gave very clear instructions on how to refill the pool and so on. It looks as good as it did 15 years ago. I will definitely call AAA again - Bill is professional, congenial, and does a great job.
Description of Work: Bill and his assistant removed calcium deposits and made our pool tile look like new.

Description of Work: Bill was referred to me by another pool scale remover because the scale in my pool was on a double layer of tiles and his treatment would have been too rough. Bill gave me the estimate and assured me that the tiles would not be harmed. He arrived at 6:30am, exactly on time;, with two workers, one his sone. Using 2 machines and a lot of scrubbing, he was done in 3 hours, including lowering the level of the pool and sealing the tiles after they were cleaned. I let the lowered pool sit for 4 hours and then refilled it and started the pool cleaner the next morning. Bill was quite professional, very neat and his work was highly competent.

 + -1 moreBill called the day before to confirm time and date. He and Noah showed up at the time specified and did an excellent job cleaning the tile around our pool. No damage was done to the pool and it looks as good as it did brand new, which was 15 years ago! He also gave great pool care advice on draining/re-refilling and chemical balance. All and all, time and money very well spent.
Description of Work: Bill and Noah cleaned the tile on my pool, and scrubbed off algae that had accumulated on the steps. They also drained the pool.
