AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE

went great. he said I could have done it myself but I was leery of where it went and how to do it. once I watched him do it, I knew how to do it the next time, which was a few weeks later. cost minimum cost for service visit. I forget how much that was.

I called AAA Appliance Service to schedule a service call and explained to Jeff what the problem was. He immediately said that the defrost fan motor should be replaced and that probably caused the control board to burn out in the first place. He said they could come take a look at it, but basically suggested the fan motor replacement first. Being handy enough, I took his advice and the fridge is working fine now. I appreciate Jeff's forthrightness, knowledge and helpfulness and I definitely will call him to come fix things when, inevitably, my other appliances need servicing!

Came on time; examined a 15+ year old dryer and determined what needed fixing. Was open to determining that a repair would cost more than a new dryer. Had checked on model # when I called initially, so he had parts for that dryer with him. Fast, clean, honest, and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone for appliance repair

I was referred to Jeff from a highly recommended repairman that did not cover the area that the service was needed in(Vail). I had to leave a message on Jeff's phone but he called back very quickly. He worked with my renter to fit his schedule and then called me back to discuss what he thought might be the problem after talking with the renter. He thought the refrigerator might have 2 problems. Once he looked at the fridge in person he was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace only one component. He could have just as easily said both were broken and charged me extra. I appreciate his honesty. Another thing that I like about Jeff's service was that he guarantees his work. If his repair didn't work he would take care of it. The part came with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend Jeff and will use his services again in the future when needed.

I love AAA Appliance -- we have had Jeff out to fix several appliances over the past 5 years. He has replaced igniters in our gas stove/oven, fixed a dishwasher, and most recently came out to check out the refrigerator when it went on the blink last May. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed, but Jeff made sure that we understood why it wouldn't be cost effective to fix the problem and then had specific suggestions for us regarding what make and models we should consider for the replacement. As we are now renting the house out and don't live in Tucson, Jeff's expertise was exactly what we needed. He charged us the regular price for the service call, but he went out to fix the frig, emailed us about the problems and then spent a good deal of time on the phone in at least 2 conversations with both me and my husband. In my dealings with him, he has always been punctual, always been more than accomodating of time issues (wouldn't you know the frig died on the weekend) and a straight up guy. AAA is my go-to for any appliance issues with the house. No hesitation here in recommending them wholeheartedly.

They were on time, and thorough, but not efficient. He led us to believe that he had a contractor's license, and in reality, just a business license with the city. We asked him for an estimate, and he never gave us one. He, this was Frank, perhaps, Jeff works differently, was completely anal, and kept saying he had to do certain things, to make the area safe, because of his license, this was deceptive. I am not saying, that I am unhappy with the end result, because I am not. We like to work with honest, efficient, reliable, and monetarily fair, people. In the end, he was not honest, not efficient, and did not disclose his fees. I did not like the surprise element. I never had a choice in the matter. He charged me a trip charge of $45, and never disclosed it. The labor was $60, but he of course found other things to do, besides the problem, which I called about. in the event that I call this company again, I will ask for Jeff.

THEY PUT A NEW SOAP DISPENSER IN MY DISH WASHER. THEY WERE VERY AFFORDABLE AND EFFICIENT ABOUT THEIR WORK. I WAS IMPRESSED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERY ONE.
