They were fabulous. They were fast and efficient I called in the morning and they came in afternoon. Over the phone he said knew what was wrong. He confirmed he was right and fixed it. He gave advised on how to prevent it from happening again.

Victor came ready with possible parts and all the tools he needed to determine the actual problem. He methodically checked the most obvious problem it could be and, when that didn't seem to be the problem, he removed the panel on the back of the washer and began to check components. He determined that a major part needed to be replaced and advised us on several options for how to proceed. We were very pleased with how he went about his work and also his recommendations.

The technician asked for make and model number prior to appointment. He arrived well prepared with the correct possible parts and tools. He followed a well thought out test procedure and, within minutes, pinpointed the problem. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes. He was very talented, courteous and efficient. I definitely plan to use this company again.

He explained how the diagnostic testing worked, located the bad part and replaced it.

Great! Victor, the repairman, talked to me before he came to get info about the product and the problem, so he had the part he needed when he got here. He also took the time to "clean up" the inner part of the dispenser while he had it apart. Truthfully, the dispenser works better now than it did when it was new!

Victor called when he was close to the house. He was prompt and efficient. I had given him the model number and he came with the part needed. He fixed the problem and also found that the water pump was leaking a bit. I had him replace that also. I used a coupon from Angie's list. I was pleased with the work and the machine works fine.

Contacted A-Z Appliance Repair to fix our washer. They responded very quickly and Victor showed up the next day to take care of our problem. He was very professional and helpful. He fixed the washer in no time flat and the service charge was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone and we would use them again if another problem arose.

They were fine, it was fine. I was dissatisfied with their quote, I got them to quote on two different things and they were gonna charge me two different service calls instead of one service call because surely they wouldn't leave my premises and then come back and charge me again. They would come in one time for one drive, one distance and so they were just sort of padding the bill by charging me for two service calls which a service call is usually about coming to the place and then giving you a certain amount of time for that service call so I decided not to use them.

Very good! Repairmen did a quick assessment and replacement of the igniter. He was very personable and showed what needed to be replaced. He checked it twice after installation to make sure it worked. I would definitely use this company again and refer others as well.

I called late Thursday and Victor was there bright and early Saturday. I knew this was going to go well because he wanted specifics of the model before he came. At the time he told me that most often my model had a problem with a seal inside a small motor. When he arrived he went right to work dismantling the motor to check the seal. Sure enough, the seal had slipped causing a leak. He quickly repositioned it and created a barrier to its ever slipping again. He is my new go-to person for appliance repair.

Discovered copper wire connected to refrigerator was spraying water from a pin sized hole in wiring. Water in the kitchen cabinets, under the wall connecting living room to kitchen. Called Victor the owner 10:30 p.m. Saturday night for suggestions. He does not work on a Sunday, however, he stayed on the phone Saturday night,( for a long time) talking my daughter through things she could do to help alleviate the problem. When it was all said and done, Victor came over early Sunday morning replaced the wires and stopped the leak. This was a win, win situation. He charge normal rates, repaired the wires in about 45 minutes to an hour. When he turned the water back on no leaks. I am forever thankful, first to God and then to Victor, ( and Angie's List) owner of A-Z Appliance Pro. He does excellent work. He is friendly, professional (cleans up after himself) honest, explains what he is doing and tell why he is doing it. I plan to use A-Z Appliance Pro for all my appliance needs! This is my second time calling Victor to my house. I can honestly say he is my # 1 choice for honesty, courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge in appliance repair for my home. I would highly recommend Victor owner of A-Z Appliance Pro!

Victor arrived on time. He was very respectful and pleasant. He explained to me everything he was doing. He showed me what he thought was the problem. He gave me a quote on price over the phone on service fee and when he arrive he gave me a quote on the repair and replacements costs. There were no hidden fees. I am well pleased with the service and the cost!

Fast, courteous, was the right fix, prompt. Services was wonderful but the rate was very high and the contractor did not itemize the costs, even after a follow up email to double check. Total was $190, the part was $100 retail (I priced it after) and $40 wholesale (contractor did say what his cost was for part when questioned in email later), so that leave a service call and hourly rate for the 45 minutes he was there $150. Glad he was fast and knew what he was doing cause this single mama doesn't have $150 an hour for broken stuff :)

It went great! They are prompt and professional, very responsive!. They charge a reasonable service fee, but if they can troubleshoot for you by email or phone, they will do that at no charge, within reason. Both times, we got our issue resolved quickly. They are very knowledgeable about appliance repair!

We have had such good experiences with this company! In addition to having bought a number of appliances through them, we have also used them for repairs. The owner is super responsive. He charges a reasonable service fee, but if he can help you by email or text at no charge, he will do so! (within reason, of course). I would highly recommend working with this company for both repair needs and to purchase reasonably-priced, good quality appliances

Thought the refrigerator wad dead. He determined that the control board was out and got it running shortly after getting a replacement board.

Great the dryer began working at a higher quality.

I was very satisfied that the technician attempted to repair & did repair the timer on my washer. He brought a replacement part, but we did not need to use it. I was very pleased with his honesty! I will certainly use AZ APPLIANCE PRO again!!

Did what he recommended and washer is working good.

The washer and drying was reliable and when I didn't need it anymore the provider gave me ever penny back that I had paid for it.....
