A CLEANER SOLUTION

Jim came over to take care of our carpet and tile. He cleaned and sealed the grout and got our carpets looking like new again. Jim does excellent work, and his prices are always good. We have recommended him to our friends, and they have also been impressed with his workmanship.

They were excellent, arrived on time and did a very thorough job especially in the master bedroom which was quite dirty and stained. Carpets looked like new when they finished (carpets are 16 years old). Fair price and very professional work. Highly recommend them!!

This is an outstanding company which does not advertise and works from referrals only. After experiencing their work, I highly recomment them to anyone for flooring, carpeting and tile work. Jim, the owner, does all the work with his son. He is very competent, friendly, and explains in detail what will be done and what stages are necessary to complete the job effectively. A Cleaner Solution is a company you can trust. They are conscientious and work until they feel the job meets or exceeds the customer's expectations. I will use this company for all my carpeting, floor and tile needs in the future and recommend them to all my friends.

Jim arrived to do the cleaning himself. All of the areas that were cleaned were high traffic and had not been cleaned in some time. Jim worked his usual miracles and restored them to like-new condition, which was outstanding for eight year old carpets. He stayed longer than planned, because he needed more time to attack some of the more stubborn areas. Jim does not like to leave before he does everything he can to get the carpets cleaned. As usual, we are absolutely impressed with not only Jim's great work, but Jim himself. He is highly professional and is a great person to deal with. On one occasion a few years ago, when he was working his everyday miracles making our frayed carpets look like new, he was running later than anticipated, and I had to go to work, so I left him a key and had him lock up when he left. I have never done business with anyone else that I trust that much. As far as his pricing goes, we think it is very reasonable, but we really don't know how he compares with the other guys in town, because Jim is the only person we have dealt with for carpet cleaning for over ten years. In fact, we would still go with him if he was significantly higher, because he always does the job right and we have never been disappointed. We can't say enough good things about Jim and his company. We have highly recommended him to our friends for years and will continue to do so.
