 + -1 moreCrew was punctual and courteous (they performed semi-annual service on our system for several years). Worked efficiently and kept me informed.
Description of Work: Replaced our HVAC with Trane XL20i, 4 ton and XC 801 furnace/air handler. Arrived on time and had system back on by 3pm. Crew of three (family owned business) removed old system. Prepared new system for installation. Performed leak checks, installed new thermostat and return vent (part of package). Completed paperwork (permits, ARI certification for tax credit and TEP rebate request). Called back later for questions.

 + -1 moreOur heater quit on Sunday morning. Called Insurance Co. Monday. Got appointment with A&M for Tuesday morning. Two men arrived at 11:30am. Very clean. Very courteous. Very knowledgeable. Went to work immediately. Disassembled heater, and found burned and disconnected wire at heater coil. Re-connected wire, tested the heater, reassembled the heater, vacuumed the carpet, and were gone in less than an hour. This is our second experience with this company, and we are very pleased with their performance.
Description of Work: Electric furnace not heating. Repaired furnace.

 + -1 moreNo problems. Have biannual service agreement at set price with discount on parts if needed. It appears they have no storefront, but seem to operate efficiently from a mobile phone. Calls were returned within a short time and they showed up as expected (window of time was 4 hours).
Description of Work: Annual pre-season check of HVAC. Checked freon and added needed freon, checked current draw at compressor, checked fan and motor, checked intake and output temperatures in house.
