There are so many good things to say about Andy: his professionalism, his experience, his timeliness, knowledge of his craft and his easy going demeanor speak volumes. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate, and was thorough in his explanation of the project and costs from beginning to end. Excellent experience working with A&G Tile! Andy's communication was excellent, he worked with me on schedule planning, kept me up-to-date, was clear and professional about estimates, billing, costs, schedule, work process. Very easy and enjoyable to work with, he helped me with material selection and design questions - knowledgeable, flexible, personable. Andy was extremely conscientious and hard-working, adding a weekend day to catch up if needed so the rest of the project could move forward. Coordination with other trades - plumber, electrician, etc. was easy and efficient. Beautiful work. I have tiled myself in the past and know how difficult it is to have perfect-looking tile. I have also hired tilers for several remodels in the past. Andy's work was the best I have ever seen. He was also professional, friendly and very responsive to our requests. We did some unusual outdoor tile and he clearly enjoyed the challenge. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I cannot speak to price as he was hired by our contractor.

Andy did a great job in so many ways. First off he showed up on time for the initial consultation and was very informative. He was very clear as to what we could expect in regards to job length of time, when they would show up and who would show up. He met those expectations every time. We never had to wonder "Is he going to show up today?". Andy tiled the back splash in our kitchen and the master bath in a herringbone pattern and he did a flawless job. He also installed a couple of more difficult mirrors in our master bath which was really going above and beyond what they typically do. You definitely would not be disappointed if you chose A&G Tile. Pricing was also very competitive especially considering the quality of work and customer service. Thank you Andy.

Owner assisted during tile selection by insisting that all pattern tile be from same dye lot. Also suggested that transition from hallway concrete floor could be from bull nose tile rather than Schulter strip suggested by others. Prep work was first class including grinding concrete floor for proper bonding, thin-setting several non-level areas, & bonding membrane. Tile setting & extensive tile cutting around bath nooks & crannies came out perfectly. Resulting tile floor (with random pattern) flows naturally throughout suite, including nooks & crannies. Owner & assistant were surprisingly clean-utilizing large scale vacuum during grinding, covering access floors to suite, cleaning job site as well as outside work areas daily. A professional, first class job! A&G tile competed with 4 other tile installation firms for our job.

Mosaic tile precisely laid in bathroom & grouted...kitchen 20"x20" tile installed after removal of vinyl and grindng to level base... 4" "cove base" of tile also done well.

Andy was very professional. He always showed up on time, and was always on task to make sure his quoted timeline was on track. Andy also gave stellar advise when we were purchasing our tile. He has an eye for detail and aims for perfection. His hard work he put into our kitchen gets many complements. We couldn't be any happier with our backsplash!

Andy scheduled an appointment w/ me for 4 April 2017 @ noon (said it worked out because he would just be finishing another estimate scheduled at 10:00 that same day). Anyway, on that date (the 4th) neither Andy, nor any representative of A&G Tile reported to my house. Additionally, I received no phone call (text, email or any form of communication) telling me that he wouldn't be comeing out . . . basically, he just left me hanging. So, for all the positive reviews he has out in the internet; I'll never know as he failed to follow thru on the initial step in the process . . . extremely poor form (IMO).

On schedule, on time and excellent finished job!

Andy was a great help. I didn't know where to start, and he directed me toward a local business that sat me down with a sales rep. She showed me different kinds of tile and gave me enough information to allow me to make an informed choice. Once I had selected the tile, Andy picked it up so I wouldn't have to haul it around. The tile installation was a bit of a challenge because our kitchen had a cut-out window that was not on true 90 degree angles, so the tile was not going to fit well. Additionally, all the countertops were not the same height, so Andy had to cut tiles to make an extra row. I had picked a glass tile, which made the whole thing even more difficult, but the result was stunning. By the time Andy finished making additional cuts to place the tile and applied the grout, you would never know the whole thing wasn't even. He did a spectacular job under difficult circumstances. Andy wanted the whole job to look perfect, and it does! I would not hesitate to use him again if I need tile work done.

Andy was great. Andy took special care to protect and clean up the work area.

Always arrived when promised, worked very hard every day he was here. Finished kitchen he estimated, pleasant, easy to talk to great clean up.

The floor looks great. He was able to get the tiles perfectly level in spite of the multiple complicating factors.

Andy was very professional, prompt, skillful and did the job in a timely manner. He talked with us about how our selected tile would work in the area and we made decisions together. He offered some very good suggestions. He cleaned up after himself daily. We are VERY pleased and impressed with the work Andy did and will definitely hire him again.

Andy did a superb job. From the very onset when we were calling for estimates, Andy responded promptly to our requests for information. After he was awarded the job, he proved to be dependable, reliable and, very conscientious. He was careful to protect the cabinets and floor and clean up any debris at the end of each day and was never rushed. He took the time necessary to make sure the tile and grout were installed properly. Andy was a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to employ him again for future tile jobs.

Andy identified the issue and showed us the supporting documentation. He explained each step during the process. He uncovered some mystery tile underneath the existing tile and worked with us to find a good solution to ensure the new tile would adhere correctly that did not cost extra.

Andy from bed to prep to completion was on time, clean & very organized. He did a great job layering art the pattern and using the materials.

The backsplash is beautiful! A & G met with us before the project to give us an estimate and discuss tile options for the backsplash. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced. After choosing our backsplash tile and design, the rest of the process was easy! A & G picked up our tile order and delivered it to our home on the day the instillation began. The backsplash was installed in about 2 1/2 days and completes our kitchen remodel. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them on future home projects.

Work was performed quickly and perfectly. Andrew was excellent from start to finish. He worked with detailed precision despite having to work with unusually shaped tiles.
