Description of Work: He installed my air conditioning initially about 24 years ago. It was due for a replacement, which they did for me.

 + -1 moreThe work was successfully completed, which I would expect from any AC repair, but Jack really went above and beyond. I was incredibly impressed in that I don't think this would have been completed nearly as quickly if someone else was working on it. Here's what stood out about the service: 1) Reliability- Jack was always true to word, no matter what. The job was held up by a third party because they didn't have some of the parts in stock. It really didn't seem possible that the parts would be ready before a long three-day weekend. Yet, Jack made it happen, saving us from being stuck in a 95 degree house for four more days. 2) Communication- Responses were quick and I was always kept informed of where everything was at in the process. Very friendly, easy to talk to- Quick to explain how a system worked, why something broke, or what was going on with the process. 3) Consideration- There seemed a genuine concern over how the lack of AC impacted everyone in the household, pets too. Held the needs of his customers highly. I will be using this service for my AC from here on.
Description of Work: The AC was broken- Replaced motor and condenser on a newer model AC unit that was faulty and still under warranty.
