Description of Work: Rhonda was early and extremely thorough and professional. She brought years of experience, and though she could tell that another company had originally taken care of the property, she did not bash. She explained various processes and how her company works. Excellent experience all around.

Description of Work: Company was called on 9-19 to inspect our home in Green Valley, Az for termites. Inspection was done and proposal was submitted and accepted. Treatment was scheduled for October 7, 2011. On Oct 11, I called company regarding treatment. They said it had not been done since the tech scheduled to do the work was ill. No one called me or my rental management company to let us know. The same day, Oct 11, I received a call from one of the owners, Rhonda, who apologized for not doing the work, and the next scheduled date available would be Oct 25. I told her that I should not have to go to the back of the queue for something not my doing. She replied that she was on a job and would call me back later that day to reschedule. I never received a call back. I felt there was no effort on their part to accomodate me, their customer. They took no initiative to make the situation right. That lack of reliability gave me zero confidence that any actual work would be done to my satisfaction. I cancelled the work order.
