At the first meeting Mike prepared a punch list we agreed upon. He gave me a firm quote. In writing, which included the punch list enumerated. It was definitely competitive on price alone. Later I would realize his quality made him more than competitive. Showed up on time - as earlier confirmed by phone. I had a very tight time-line and he re-arranged his schedule to accommodate. We had discussed several projects that needed parts - he had them with him on arrival. (How many handymen have disappeared headed out for 'hardware' ... only to never return or to return hours later bubbling over with beer breath?) I was involved in some complex work in my home office - Mike just went down the punch list without needing his hand held on each item - nor did he come in after each item like a kid looking for praise for doing what they were supposed to. When Mike finished the house was in order - no construction debris or flotsam & jetsam scattered about. He finished on time and on quote, did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Would I use him again or recommend him? In a heartbeat. I lived in Scottsdale for a lot of years and never found a handy person as good, prompt and professional as Mike - though Lord knows, I tried.

Mike was referred to us by a neighbor. Mike is quick to respond to telephone and text messages and provides a detailed cost estimate of the work to be performed. He was always on time for the appointment, and got right to work. After competing the repairs he inspected his work with us before leaving. to assure us that the repairs were satisfactory and in good working order. Mike works diligently, taking his time to check and re-check the repairs that he has made. He is personable, reliable and trustworthy. He delivers exceptional customer service and has established a competent and reliable reputation within our community. I will definitely call Mike to make additional repairs or installations.

Mike gave us a time range when he would be here and called 20 minutes out and was here when he said. He gave us a written quote after inspection and stuck to it. He performed in a professional manor and cleaned up well.

I would choose this person for work needed.

Service provider was always prompt, always called in advance of service, offered options for choice of materials, always informed me of the costs of materials and labor.

Mike, the owner did a highly professional job, was dressed and acted professionally, reasonably priced and was always on time.

He was great! He was always there when he said he would be, always kept me informed about what he was doing and how, and gave very detailed receipts so we know exactly what we were paying for. Wonderful personality, friendly but not at all intrusive. I would highly recommend him!
