Tom and a few of his workers came out to do the estimate a few days after our initial call to him. We got estimates of a couple of different sizes for the new porch. He was able to come out with the full crew a week later to set up the area and then returned the next morning to break up the old slab & pour the new one. They arrived just before 7am and worked with a full crew for a couple of hours and then one guy stayed behind to do the finishing work. We didn't discuss it but I assumed the old slab would be taken away but they left the chunks in a pile off to the side. We also found nails around the porch from the frame. As the porch settled, we got a couple of cracks in one area. We contacted Tom and he said he would come back and fill them. It took around 6 months for him to come back and fix it. It looks great. I would still recommend TAV because they do a good job, stand by their work, and cost less than the other companies we called. We plan to use them to do a front patio next spring.
