"I feel so lucky I found Donald! He replied to my inquiry lightening fast and was able to come out same day to rescue me. My water heater sprung a leak and flooded my garage and got the walls wet. I was able to attach a hose, shut off the electrical, shut off the water and release the pressure valve but only a little water came out and I couldn't get it to drain. Donald was able to come the same day I sent an inquiry to pump out the remaining water (almost full tank) and remove the water heater. He helped me pick out a new water heater and came a couple days later to put the new one in for me (I needed time to get the walls dry and clean before installing the new one). He went above and beyond and also replaced the shut off valve that wasn't fully working (it had a slow leak/drip). He way outbid every other plumber out there and provided quality, professional work! I couldn't believe it! If you need a knowledge professional for your water heater, call Donald!"
