After troubleshooting my 14-year old non-functioning garage door opener, I called Universal Garage Doors. Pedro returned my call promptly, outlined types of replacements available, & then scheduled installation for the next morning, assuring me if the schedule permitted, he would try to provide same day installation. To my delight, Pedro called later & was able to work me in that same day. He showed up promptly at the time promised, and he & his assistant did an amazing job of installing, cleaning up, and acquainting me with the new opener features. Pedro even took the time to program my car. This is the second time Pedro has helped with my garage door repairs, and I truly appreciate his integrity, knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and overall attitude. Thanks to Pedro and his team. The motor went on my 15 year old opener. Pedro came out with in the hour, gave me a Free estimate (had to pay 29.00 from another co.) which happened to be less than previous quotes. He installed a new state of the art Liftmaster, adjusted the springs (didn't try to sell me me ones, since my are fine), new keypad and 2 remotes. He went over every little detail, he was courteous, well spoken and has been in the business for over 20 years. Most definitely recommend Pedro from Universal Garage Doors.

He was very complete in his inspection and was straight with me explaining all the flaws and issues he also offered me multiple resolutions and ways to proceed, i not at one moment was never pressured under the feeling of s sales approach. this best was his honest pricing and understanding my needs and request..the big main thing that caught my attention was that he was honest and listened to ehat i said..Pedro also advised that in the future i may need a full Replacement and wuited me a price, above all within 48 i had my contracting needs resolved and working he also documented on my receipt a guarantee on his Work.. i wad so impressed with his work i introduced him to my nieghbor of 21 years and even they communicated a possible future venture.. Over all is thst as a handicapped amputee individual now able to go into my front area vua my garage our safety was reassured that we now have a fixed project so by chance if yr foot on the gas is faster than the doir i say contact this contractor to know you will get affordable amazing work done by this Company

I called Pedro a couple of days ago for an estimate on an opener for my old steel tilting garage door. He gave me a date and time (today) and showed up on time after calling ahead to let me know he was coming. We discussed the job, and he described exactly how it would be done, including details about the unit which I would have not thought to ask about. He also told me he had been in the business for 22 years. SOLD!! I asked him when he could start the project, and he said, "Now." Which he did.... Three hours later, I have a fully functional door with WiFi capability, a wall switch, two remotes, and a keypad outside the door. I haven't downloaded the app for my smart phone yet, but that's tomorrow. I'm recommending him to a neighbor who needs an upgrade to her old tilt door. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pedro to anyone, and will.... This is the kind of vendor most people only wish for in our current society!
