Called the company via Home Advisor. The company contacted me within the hour and setup an appointment for the following morning he called back to state he could come up from the SE valley to my house up North late evening.. After us speaking and him evaluating the issue, he presented me with two options. Patch the old unit or purchase a new.. (NO HARD SELL) After reviewing several units prior to his arrival I knew which unit I would like to purchase. The option of a new unit was $250.00 more than another famous company here in valley gave me to "Patch" the old unit. I went with the new Unit and Pedro was here with the new units as promised the following morning "Ontime". The job was done in a timely manner and the work was "Top Notch" Pedro was great and honest and very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY Recommend" Universal to all of my Family and Friends... The tech (Pedro) explained how the garage door function and how to check for possible future problems.

Pedro was very responsive to my inquiry, arrived at the agreed upon time, replaced both springs, explained everything he was doing, made extra adjustments, identified and replaced a cracked hinge, got the door balanced and rolling smoothly resulting in huge reduction of noise. Price was better than other estimates I received. I would highly recommend this business. Top notch professional.
