Description of Work: Owner (Michael Orona) provided a timely pricing estimate and was selected for installing Basswood Blinds on all windows in my new home. He also provided a vertical Blind system for my Patio Door and Window area. His pricing and discounts he offered ended up in a total cost for windown treatments of around $2.200. In addition, I purchased Ceiling Fans from Lowe's and Michael installed them for me for an additional $450. (This was less than quoted by Lowe's and Home Deport for example.) Michael had even offered to meet me at Lowe's and help select the fans for each room if I desired. However, I was able to select and purchase the fans on my own. As an agent for a couple of home security networks, he also was able to provide me pricing and estimates for such. After reviewing different home security options, I ended up using one of the two companies he represented and was able to get some very good discounts and pricing on the security devices or equipment. He also arranged full installation no additional cost.. I was also seeking landscaping quotes for the backyard. His referral ended up being my best pricing and service option.
