Description of Work: After getting an estimate for $1300 from another company to "fix" our garage door we thought we'd better get a second opinion. K&B came out and found that our garage door was fine and the problem was simply the garage door opener tension. They adjusted the tension and serviced our garage door for $65. Very glad we found K&B! Already recommended them to a friend.

+ -1 moreThis was an outstanding service experience! This company was very responsive, reasonably priced, and pleasant. I am impressed! I would definitely use them again and intend to, when I finally replace my garage door opener. I even took cards and distributed them among my neighbors.
Description of Work: My garage door opener quit working, and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I found K&B on Angie's list. The owner came immediately and installed new gears in my opener and provided a general servicing of the equipment. He could have sold me a complete new garage door opener, but he did not.

+ -1 moreI have used Kand B a number of times for adjustments, tune ups and have found they are better than other garage door suppliers I have tried. They have the quality and price the meets my needs and expectations. Will use them in the future.
Description of Work: K&B came and provided an overview of what I needed and several options for a new garage door. I could have an insulated or non insulated door with 24 or 25 gauge metal. We discussed options and selected the 24 gauge insulated door. He had to order the door and came back another day to install it. He was prompt efficient and now the door is so quiet when it opens, hardly know that it is going up or down.

Description of Work: Had a garage door that would no longer open/operate and a button on the wall that only worked occasionally. Was referred to this company by a friend and they proved to be everything he said they would be! Coleman took the original service call, showed up early in the time frame he gave me, completed the work efficiently and I think at a wonderful price! Replaced the teeth that feed the chain (they had worn down and would no longer open the door), replaced the faulty wall button with a much better quality AND he even programmed my new car so that it would open the garage at the touch of a button in the car (at no additional charge!). He was polite, professional, efficient, reasonably priced and I will definitely be recommending this company to people who need this service!

Description of Work: They came out promptly. I bent my gargage door by closing it on a shovel handle. They reinforced the door and made it work again. I was so pleased to not have to get a new door. He also programed my outside remote. I have used them in the past and a have always had excellent service.
