Their diagnosis was 100% wrong. They acted like they fixed it when they did not. I called back after already paying them and they said they would come back to make the repairs. They did not show up to the appointment. I gave up and found another company.

NOT WELL!! I would not hire this company or recommend CHOICE HOME WARRANTY either!

Appliance Repair Advisor provides horrible service and engages in fraudulent practices. They clearly don't know how to service refrigerators. After over four services calls to our house; installing the wrong parts twice; not honoring their 3-month warranty; agreeing to refund our money twice and advising repeatedly the "check was in the mail" and then finally communicating to us that they don't have the money to refund us, even though they admitted they are not qualified to perform the work; we took them to court. Their "owner/manager? Trampus Jenkins is completely unqualified, unprofessional and rude. I just read an Angie's List review on this company and someone had a similar experience. Don't just not use them, warn all your friends!

The person I spoke wanted to me to pay him the service fee before he got to the house. I said he will be paid once he get to my house - that's the agreement. I told him that I have dealt with numerous technicians and no one asked to be paid before showing up for an appointment. To cut the long story short he said that he doesn't need the job and will not be keeping the appointment. The person I dealt with was - Jenkins Trampas at 4802206471. This what my phone caller id displayed. This guy was unprofessional. Never use him again.
