 + 3 moreWe were in a time crunch. The property was scheduled to close escrow on Tuesday, we did not tell him he had the authorization to do the repairs until Friday. He got everything done by Sunday.
Description of Work: Install new commodes, master bath vanity and mirror, replace missing roof shingles, enclose and vent water heater.
