Description of Work: Installed all new air conditioning. We had problems with our old one for years. Advanced Air installed our new one ahead of schedule, did it quickly, and we have never been more comfortable in our home.

Description of Work: WENT AWESOME, FAST, AND PROFESSIONAL!!

Description of Work: Called at 7am and told someone would call me back. At 9:30 someone called to say they would be out in 45 minutes. Two hours later since no one arrived, I called the office again. She said "no" about someone on the way and the other person who called me was wrong about someone on the way. After waiting all day (over 9 hours) he arrived at 4:45pm. Measured cooler. After 15 minutes he said he didn't know if it could be repaired. Would have to check w/office. Next day at 12pm, office called. Said they couldn't find parts & I needed to buy new unit. Transferred several times to get price. Put on hold over 5 minutes. No one seemed to know what the other was doing. Finally I was given an outrageous price. I had already checked at the local Home Depot and builder supply stores. This contractor would be charging $900.00 for installation alone--total price of $1418.00!! Swamp coolers are not rocket science--very few parts involved-all standard. I had to pay their $59.00 service call even though the tech didn't know what to do and did nothing himself but measure.

Description of Work: They did a complete instal of a Trane gas/electric hybrid HVAC system in a new construction. When they said they were going to be there, they were there. Involve them early so that they can tell you where to have your vents built into your framing. You will have to do it yourself if the framers don't get to it. They have an interesting computer program that tells them exactly where put the vents to get the best air flow based on your blueprints. I gave them B's for price and responsiveness. Price because it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I did get a quality unit with some upgrades. Responsiveness because there was an issue with one of the parts after we moved in. It controlled the electric portion of the gas/electric hybrid system we got. So, we were still warm by using only the gas control side of the unit, but it took them several months to get back to fix it. We actually got our first bi-annual service before the part was fixed. I believe they would have been there faster had we not been comfortable running the gas only. All in all, it was a good experience and we have had no issues with the system.
