Katie is AMAZING! Without question the best Realtor in the business. With her excellent relationship management skills, you will quickly feel safe and part of the family. I consider myself an easy person to sell to but I am extremely curious and had many, many questions about buying a home and felt like I was a major bother, however Katie’s ability to categorize and break down my concerns professionally and with “plain talk” made me feel that I was making the right choice in purchasing a home, and selecting her as my advocate. One attribute that I really appreciated was Katie’s ability to reel me in when I was feeling overwhelmed or wanting to jump into something that I needed to evaluate further. She completely turned around our listing experience for the positive. Her and her business partner Katie busted their backs to market our home. We had an offer in under a month after they took over. In the very beginning, we interviewed Chelsea along with a couple of other listing agents. We elected to go with someone else in the beginning. Our first mistake. The other agent wouldn't return our phone calls and wasn't doing anything to market our home except sit back and wait for the offer to come in. When we fired him, his cancellation agreement stated that we still owed him a portion of the commission should we sell our home with another agent. When we called Chelsea back to pick up the pieces with us, she was extremely gracious and immediately went to work on our behalf. I have bought and sold two homes and I've never had a better real estate agent. When we did eventually get an offer, she even worked it out with the buyer's agent to satisfy the demands of the cancellation agreement between the two of them, keeping our own proceeds whole.
