+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND AND I ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEES WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH AT US HOMES. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE FOUND THE NEW HOME CONSULTANT WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH, AND OTHER STAFF WE'VE DEALT WITH UNHELPFUL IN INFORMING US ABOUT THE PROCESS OF BUYING THIS HOME, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT WALK THROUGHS. WE FEEL THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN THAT WE WOULD CALL THEM TO ASK ABOUT APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT CALLED TO CONFIRM OUR TIMES. WHEN WE WOULD CALL THEM, WE WOULD FOUND THAT THE APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED. WE FEEL THAT THEY TRIED TO RUSH US THROUGH THE PROCESS AND WANTED US TO SIGN THE CLOSING PAPERWORK PRIOR TO A FORMAL FINAL INSPECTION.
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND AND I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A NEW HOUSE IN A US HOME/LENNAR CORPORATION SUBDIVISION. WE ARE ALSO GETTING OUR LOAN THROUGH THEIR AFFILIATED LENDER AND UNDERWRITER.

+ -1 moreTHEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, BUT ON THE HIGH SIDE. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT A MONTH LONGER THAN EXPECTED. SOME ITEMS WERE NOT BUILT TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS, BUT IN OUR FAVOR. WE RECEIVED THEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW HOME.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT OUR NEW TWO-STORY HOME. THEY WALKED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM OUTSIDE TO INSIDE, PAYING EVERY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

+ -1 moreI HAD TO WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK ALL THROUGH THE BUILDING AND THEY STILL MISSED MAJOR ITEMS. THEY WERE NEVER PUNCTUAL OR RETURNED CALLS. EVERY ISSUE WAS A BATTLE TO GET RESOLVED.
Description of Work: NEW HOME BUILT. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE.
