ULTIMATE TREE SERVICE INC

Several months ago, we contacted Ultimate Tree Service to trim our two palm trees after getting one of their flyers on our front door. After some phone tag, we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They did not show up, so I called them and left a voice mail to call back and reschedule (in case I was mistaken about the appointment). They never contacted us again. We still get their flyers on our front door so they must still be around.

This didn't seem like a big company, which I liked. I am not sure how many people work for them, or whether it is just a guy, but they had done work on my house several years previously (the same guy), which I thought was cool. It showed continuing business. Anyway, the quote was solid, the work was done on time, and the price was pretty good. I wasn't blown away by the pricing, but it was very fair, and the quote was on target. i was quite satisfied. The only VERY MINOR ding was I had asked him to leave behind some logs for the fire, but he cleaned up TOO Well... hard to subtract points for that.

The team that preformed the work was excellent. They were to sure to cut all overhanging branches and shred and remove all debris. I had to meet the team at a friend's home; they called to coordinate a time and called when they were on their way. Very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and price.

Everything went pretty smoothly. They had a lot of things that they were dealing with and they accomplished it all without any problems or accidents.

We have used Ultimate Tree Service Inc many times over the last several years. I'm happy to report it is always a pleasure. Even more so since we recently joined Angie's List because he offers a 10% off coupon for list members. We called for an estimate, and Eric, the owner, stopped by the same day. His estimate was very reasonable. He said they could do the job the very next morning. His crew arrived right on time. For our job he sent five men.They are all very competent, and they are respectful to you, and of your property. The crew split up and worked on both trees at the same time. It didn't take much time at all. They do a great job of cleaning up, and ask you to come out and check their work. They want to make sure you are satisfied. When Eric wrote up the estimate he deducted the 10% for the coupon that I had mentioned to him, he just asked that I have it printed up to present to the crew when we get the final receipt. All in all another enjoyable interaction with this fine company.

No complaints .... will use them again.

These guys were terrific. They came on time with several men to trim 7 trees. They did an awesome job of trimming and all cleanup. Very pleased -- will use them again, for sure!

Arrived within specified time frame. Had a large crew (~7 guys). 25' x 30' Tree was in a corner of my small yard, with limbs extending into 3 neighbors' yards. Several cacti and agaves were scattered under capony of the tree, including a group of 3 Mexican Fencepost cacti, largest was 5' tall. Most obstacles had already been moved out of the way but crew had to move a 3-section fountain weighing 50 - 100 lbs/pc. To protect Mexican Fencepost, they put a ladder over it; other plants were covered by buckets, etc, where possible. Job proceeded smoothly and took about 3 hrs. Clean-up was good. This was a difficult removal because there was little room to manuever in. Considering the constraints, they did a good job. The only downsides were that 2 of the 3 Mexican Fencepost cacti were damaged and could not be saved. Also, a small strip of wood (~5and quot; x 1and quot;) was knocked off the edge of one of the patio cover beams. The crew was very conscientious about resetting and leveling the fountain when they put it back in place.

They returned my call the next day and, even though this is high season for palm-trimming, they came that same day. They did a great job, especially with clean up: cleaned most of the debris out of the pool as well. He also told me that one of my trees still had flowers coming and I should call back and they'd return for a nominal fee to touch up that tree. They had a large crew and were done in about 40-45 minutes.

On time, good crew, knew how to trim a large tree. Clean up was excellent. This is a very professional company.

They did an excellent job and trimmed all the branches really well. They were quick getting the job done. I would recommend them to others.

The service went great! They showed up on time, were very courteous, and had an ample team with them to do the job fast but neatly. They cleaned up and removed all the branches and debris, and left everything looking perfect. At the end of the service, they checked with me to see if everything was to my expectations. I was very happy with the service and their professionalism. The price was good and they did a great job! I will definitely use them again the next time!

Most recently, I needed to have a neighbors sissoo tree trimmed to the property line. In addition to this, Ultimate Tree also trimmed my two ficus trees in my patio. The work was prompt and perfect and the bid was at a very good price for the job required. Ultimate Tree Service does terrific work!

Eric was extremely professional, got back to me quickly with phone calls and quotes. Once we confirmed, he had the trees taken care of in 2 days. Would not hesitate to recommend, or have him return. Thank you!

They did a great job. I really liked them. They were really nice people and they did a good job. They went above and beyond actually. They also took a tree out, the root and the stump and everything all the way down under the ground. That was pretty hard work. I watched them do it and it was 110 degrees that day. They were really good. They were very fair. Their price was fair and they did a good job. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

They went beyond what I had requested, and cut some large tree limbs that I regret losing. I was depressed about it afterward.

Estimate was given after about 10 minutes of looking over the two trees in my front yard and two trees in the back yard. The price was reasonable for an established company and lower then a competitors estimate. The trees were cut back the day after I signed the agreement. They left an invoice on my front door which I paid promptly by bill pay. The only slightly negative experience was the cleanup was good, but not excellent. This however is a small gripe. I would certainly use this company again.

I spoke to Eric on the 17th, and he came out and did an estimate an hour later. The quote was great, and we arranged for them to come the next day. They arrived fifteen minutes early, and we went over the plan. Several times while they were working they wanted to double check something before they did it. I was very pleased with the professional job they did, and their courteous manners.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They came for the estimate when they said they would, and 2 days later came with a crew of 5 and did everything in a little more than an hour!

The 4 man crew arrived on time, and after confirming what work was to be done, got right to work. The backyard is narrow and has a pool, which presents a problem with debris, but the crew did an excellent job of removing 99% of it. When all the trimming was completed, they blew and removed any remaining debris in both the back and front yard leaving both looking great. They even cleaned up the area around the "chipper" in the street.

They arrived around the time they said they would and Eric's son Mike asked us exactly what we wanted done. They worked with incredible efficiency - the bushed were gone in minutes and the large bough was through the wood chipper in about 30 minutes. Mike was careful to rescue a fledgling bird that couldn't yet fly from going into the wood chipper and placed it where it would be safe. He also got a ladder out to remove a nest with eggs from a part of the tree that would be trimmed and put that in a safe part of the yard as well. The palm tree was also down within minutes and by the time they finished it looked like it had never been there. The covered the ground out stump with nearby gravel and cleaned up all of the debris from the palm, the mesquite, and the bushes. The mesquite looks really great and I was impressed with the quality work they did from start to cleanup.

Wonderfully. Eric came out to give me a quote that day and his crew removed it the very next morning. They did the job quickly, effectively and cleanly. They made sure the ground was leveled and the gravel was put back into place so you never knew that a tree was there in the first place. I'm extremely satisfied.

They were prompt and gave us a low price for excellent work. Very professional, they did the job 2 days after their estimate, and for the amount they told us. We will definitely use them again.

HOA was all over my back to get these trees trimmed. After making 6 - 8 calls to various tree services and leaving voicemails, Eric Seeger was the only one that called back in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Based on the description of the work over the phone, he quoted me a minimum price which is what we agreed upon before the work began. Before I could even drive to the property the workers were half way done. They have all the best equipment, eg. truck mounted manlift, tree shredder feeding into rear compactor etc, truly impressive! Paid slightly more for the service than what I was used to, but worth every penny based on their professionalism and responsiveness. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!
