Arrived on time, discussed the work to be done, plus requested an estimate of additional trimming and skinning. Even though the work crew was short of workers, the crew was able to finish in under 3 hours. The clean-up was very good and work was as expected, excellent. Was unable to complete one survey, you get what you pay for.

I called for an estimate and was able to get one within a few hours. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do. The crew came out the following day to perform the work. The work done was completely to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the work that was done and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the debris. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of service.

We have used them for a lot of years and they have always been great. I have used them for many things and they do a nice job. They are always thorough and clean and answer any questions we have. The work was done very well. They are professional as well.

They were late for both the estimate and on the day the work was to be done, although they did call both times. We said we wanted the trees "lightly thinned" but the interior branches were entirely removed and we lost some valuable shade. Overall, though, we were satisfied with the work performed. The part that was disturbing to us was that despite having the living room blinds mostly closed, one of the workers came and leaned against the window trying to peer through the holes in the blinds to see inside the house. I happened to be in the living room at the time, and when I moved, he jumped away, but it is unsettling nonetheless to have a stranger trying to snoop into your home.

I was happy with the service. Eric came out within a couple days of call to go through what I wanted and provide an estimate. The crew, which consisted of Eric's son and a team of five or so other men, came a week later. They were at my house about 2 hours, cutting, fertilizing and cleaning. Eric's son was good at checking in with me to make sure the service was done as I liked. I did watch the team and a couple times went out and directed the group to do things slightly differently. One thing I was unclear on was that I was just paying for the trees to be cut back; not to be shaped or thinned, which is apparently another charge.

Eric came out and gave an estimate. They were very knowlegable about citrus trees compared to some of our other estimates. They called back promptly and did a good solid job. We were very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Eric came to give an estimate for palm tree removal, large lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit tree trimming plus cats claw shaping and miscellaneous trimming the same day that I called. The crew also came out the same day and was done in less than two hours. They have a large branch chipper (or whatever it's called) to dispose of the many large branches and did a very good job with clean up. I really liked Eric and his crew and found them courteous and efficient. I didn't comparison shop as I depended on previous reviews here, but it seemed reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. I was very happy though with this company's work!

Eric and his team are quick to respond and have done a great job when working on our trees. They were fast and cleaned up nicely.

They had the best quote of three tree companies. Within two days of quote they sent crew out and completed job quickly. Trees look good and all trimmings were fully cleaned up from ground. I'm very please with their work and would recommend them again.
