Scheduled an appointment for a small electrical job (replacing a light ballast). I know it is not a big money job, but I expect people to show up when scheduled. Got a text 40 minutes into my service window telling me that they are canceling. Sorry, I am not taking the chance again, I am looking for to having it done by a professional company.
