When the company's rep arrived he started in on my wife and me about what he was going to do right then and possible services they would perform subsequently. Again, without even trying to build trust or establish some kind of a business relationship and not doing anything but looking at the lawn. We stated and kept stating we did not want him to do anything at that very moment but the rep was very insistent in carrying on with his spiel. Finally, he stopped "hard selling" us and we asked him to write up a plan to tell us specifically what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and a time frame for implementing this proposal. We gave him an email address where he could send the proposal and he stated it would be a day or two before he would do it. This was on April 1st and we have yet to hear from them. This company is out of control and tries to "bully and stampede" their customers. That is is the only conclusion we can come to regarding their possible behavior to others. We opted to call this company on the basis of the ratings that Angie's List rated these people. Like we were at a used car lot.

TRUGREEN HAS SERVICED OUR HOUSE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. THEY CALL TWICE A YEAR BEFORE THEY COME AND SPRAY. THE COST INCLUDES COMING OUT BETWEEN SPRAYS IF NEW WEEDS COME UP. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT.

HAVE BEEN USING TRUGREEN FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB, EXPLAIN TO EXPECTATIONS AND IF THEY NEED TO COME BACK TO DO A RE-SPRAY, THEY DO IT WITHOUT HESITATION.
