+ -1 moreThe sales staff in the appliance department were fast and efficient. They wrote up my order and gave me a firm date for installation of the washer and dryer. They were very clear about all the details of the installation and what additional materials would be required (exhaust hose, dryer power cable). The installers arrived on time, unloaded the new units and had me inspect them for damage and proper model numbers before installation. The installation team was fast and efficient. They installed both units, hauled out the old ones and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
